As of today, the fridge is making a loud running noise and the freezer is not cooling at all. I have a freezer full of thawed food! The “warning” that you are SUPPOSED to get never went off. The Geek Squad guy that I ta liked to was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Never again! I’ll stick with Lowe’s.

Also the storage set up is not the greatest to fit groceries properly, ie. drinks, not enough room for them.

I had mine delivered on 09/04, and just 2 weeks later it started frosting everything in my drawers. Had an LG expert come check on it, and suggested I take everything out of my fridge/unplug it for 24hrs. I did that while he ordered some parts (would have to wait till 10/20 to get the parts), but this suggested did not fix anything. LG customer service is terrible, just fyi. Went to my local BestBuy store and they were able to swap out my fridge for another one (Whirlpool - 24.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator - Stainless steel) w/ my Geek Squad protection (def recommend), and so far so good. I've had horrible experiences with Samsung and thought I'd take a chance w/ this pretty expensive LG, but boy was I wrong... Stick to the reliable brands GE/Whirlpool/Maytag/Frigidaire/Kitchen Aid. LG/Samsung are all looks, but poor performance. Maybe I just had a lemon... PS: BestBuy is the best place to purchase appliances or anything tech wise.

Ice maker in the freezer
