    This is not a good refrigerator. I bought it four years ago. There are always some white things vented out on the water and ice window even I changed the water filter every 6 months with the LG brand. Just wonder if water is safe to drink. At the beginning, the vegetables next to the refrigerator walls in the upper are frozen. So I put the vegetables in the middle of the refrigerator. There is a tray at the bottom of the upper part of the refrigirator. foods are lightly frozen there. I set temperatures.at 42/-3

    Too expensive to require service repair so soon

    Refrigerator cost $3700. After 13 months (1 month out of warranty the freezer ice maker stopped working. Expected more from LG for $3700.

    Don’t fall for pretty

    Terrible bought in 2021 broken 2024 3 months after warranty expired. Don’t recommend better off with cheaper fridge that’s will last. Looks good on outside but built poorly inside.

    Very expensive junk

    Linear Compressor dies constantly. Owned this fridge since 2019 and starting in 2023, I have to have a tech come out to repair the compressor every 3 months. Avoid at all costs! If you like throwing out all of your food, condiments, and frozen goods every 3 months, this might be a great fridge for you!

    "LG" stick to phones and TV's not Major Appliances

    Frig worked great for 4 yrs then compressor went out. LG has no one in my area to work on them. Took 2 weeks to get a tech from A&E services to look at it. Had to order a new compressor and wait another 2 weeks to return to fix it. They called and said they needed to reschedule out another week. So no fig for over a month now. LG needs to stick to electronics!!!

    A drawer broke, the top ice maker stopped making ice, plasic to seal fridge broke. I avoided samsung because they said the fridges werent great. I guess i should have avoided LG too. Beautiful fridge but a waste of money. Barely two years and will have to replace. Never buying LG products again.

    Stay away from LG Linear Compressors!

    Sounds like great tech, but my LG Linear Compressor broke after 4 years of use. LG has not been responsive and makes you jump through a lot of hoops to activate the compressor 10 year warranty. I've spent close to $1000 for repairs and have gone close to 3 weeks without a fridge.
