    Saw other reviews with same issue. The plastic catch on the upper front door panel will not hold up against pressure of regular opening of front door. HORRIBLE design flaw, and mine broke 2 months out of warranty. Have to replace entire door - $500 repair on $1500 product. Do better, LG!

    Ice is no good

    Fridge is ok, but the “craft ice” is borderline false marketing. The ice cubes it produces are terrible. At the main freezer, we pretty much only get crushed ice. For the craft ice, it is very cloudy and never a full sphere. Also hate that there aren’t very many drawers and limited storage.

    Poor water dispenser

    The water dispenser is not reliable. It stopped working after ~3 months and here we are 8 months from purchasing the fridge and the dispenser has stopped working again. LG service has tried to blame our water pressure which was never an issue for our GE fridge for 10 years. They also said our water filter may have to be replaced more frequently because we have hard city water… we’re on a well with a water softener and water neutralizer. This unit is very disappointing.

    Update on the fridge, now its popping so loudly im afraid its gonna explode, so disappointed since best buy staff swore by LG i dont even have water and ice maker connected coz the noise for that is loud as well WASTE OF MONEY, fyi this is the fourth one that is damaged or dont work right, fed up and stuck with it, only had it for 3 Weeks

    Frustrated with this fridge... several items have gone bad/spoiled - particularly in the bottom drawers. It's as if the temp does not go low enough in there to keep food for any amount of time.

    Worst refrigerator ever, LG is the worst. Whole fridges went out writhin 6 months. Took 8 weeks for LG to get it fixed. Did not have a fridge for weeks!

    Drawers will only open if doors are opened PAST 90 degrees. Makes it difficult to place in the kitchen

    Wifi didn't work. It is scheduled to be replaced, when it is replaced and completely working I will recommend the product

    I bought this refrigerator 2022, just two years later the fridge is useless because the tiny door handle broke. What a waste of money!

    Craft Ice Maker Doesn't Work

    Craft Ice maker has mostly not worked since we bought it. Tried to get LG out to fix it, they wouldn't and now it is out of warranty. Don't pay for the upgrade to the craft ice option...it sucks and LG service sucks.

    Product was great, service was beyond bad. Delivery guys scratched the product and now 45 days later still no correction to this issue, 5 live chats and 2 phone calls and lots of promises and no results. I have canceled other items based on service.
