The refrigerator is great and we really like the window feature. The side by side feature is key in my opinion, as I do not like the drawer or pullout freezer, as things at the bottom would tend to get forgotten about. The craft ice feature is nice to have and works well.

So far this fridge has been great. I love the craft ice option. Thats one of the biggest reasons that we purchased this. The fridge and freezer are very spacious. The only thing I don't like is the crushed ice through the door. It flies everywhere and makes a huge mess

A perfect buy! The craft ice is perfect and lasts a while in your glass. The food stays cold in the fridge and in the freezer everything stays frozen. Have set at 37/0 And the window is great with knock knock! I can still write my grocery list by just knocking. It's very quiet sometimes you hear ice fall when the bucket is empty.

We replaced our old LG refrigerator from 2007 with this one in 2021. Great space! Fits three milk gallon bottles deep. The ice makers are awesome! Plenty of capacity. Its nice to be able to customize settings through the app. Just a couple things I dont like: 1) the shelves mostly cannot be adjusted, and there is no option for things like a deli drawer - the latter seems like a big missed opportunity for LG. 2) the bigger issue is that unlike our old LG, the bottom drawers can’t be pulled out without the doors ALL the way open, so if you have a wall on either side of the fridge, you won’t be able to access that bottom drawer at all without leaving the cover glass out.

Love the craft ice. My kids love knocking on the door. Even with the door they still manage to open the door about a million times a day. I do like that it beeps my kids when they have been in the fridge for too long instead of me telling them to close it.

We love the options, particularly the round ice cubes it makes.

Very nice and my family loves it. We enjoy seeing it everyday. And brings us lots of joy to have it.

Nice fridge. It has plenty of space for our food now. The ice cube balls are fun to make. Our old fridge wouldn't keep our food fresh. This fridge keeps the temperature more steady.

I love this Refrigerator! It’s very spacious, has crushed, regular and craft ice, the machine is very quiet. The instaview is a cool option to use to not have to open your door and let the cold air out.

I truly love my refrigerator. When activated it notifies me if i left the door open (which i tend to do) so its very helful. Enough space

I love this refrigerator. I have tons of room now. Works seamlessly. Craft ice is cool but door ice is awesome. Just a great product.

So far I love it. My old fridge was causing stress and sucking money, and the LG is cold, beautiful and roomier even with the same dimensions as my old one. It’s sensitive through. One extra degree will frost up the freezer glass, but it magically defrosts itself. I’m a bit sad it doesn’t have a cheese/tortilla/meat drawer in the middle—you have to buy organizer containers as the shelves are cavernous. We don’t really use the knock knock feature lol. Overall I am thankful for my new fridge and hope it lasts a long time without incident as apparently the repair guys in smaller towns don’t know how to work on LGs (not that they were good at fixing my Whirlpool!).

I love this refrigerator!! The ice maker with both craft ice and regular Ice is great! There us so much room in both sides and much more convenient than the top/bottom styles. The door has amazing amount of storage. Very happy with this refrigerator.

The fridge looks amazing it's only a two door but looks like a four. The fridge work great but then it would not stop leaking from the water valve we had to put a cup underneath it. I give it five stars for Best buy and it's return policies and the staff that they had bringing and installing. I ended up going with two different fridges prior from Lowe's they came indented and the installation staff was not as high caliber as Best buys. Yes the fridge late I get that things happen everything's junk nowadays. But that's why I get five stars for me and the fridge will probably be a four. It is huge it holds lots of food and it makes really really cool ice ball pieces of ice.

I’m enjoying our new refrigerator. The refrigerator and freezer are more spacious than I expected with a side by side. My husband loves the craft ice!

The delivery experience was generally positive. However, I did encounter an issue during the installation process. When the technician pushed the refrigerator back into place, it caused two scratches on my hardwood floors. The technician promptly took photos of the damage and informed me that he would share them with his supervisor to address the issue and arrange for the scratches to be repaired.

I purchased this refrigerator in May 2023, and I absolutely love it! It’s been working perfectly with no issues. I always get compliments on how stylish it looks—and the round ice balls are a fun bonus. The Knock Knock feature is super convenient; it lets me see what’s inside without opening the door unnecessarily. Highly recommend!

Loving everything about this refrigerator. The craft ice makes our drinks look so fancy. Being able to knock on the door to see inside without having to open the door is awesome too.
