It's working great- no issue, the door were not lineup evenly, the door bins & glasses shelf(s) not adjustable for small or large nor tall items. Missing accessories from inside the refrigerator at BestBuy. Totaltech not knowledgeable from hotline, must remove both doors, there are electrical & electronics box of circuits boards on top of refrigerator- several connections, water lines. The manual not well draft English instructions. The craft IceMaker missing accessories.

Ice seems to go everywhere. A better drip catch would be good. water seems to drip out too. Don't really use the knock on door but might be nice.

Top on the list - why are the pullout drawer handles at the very bottom? My bad back thinks about your hack engineering team that thought it was a good idea to make people touch their tows to open a drawer. Love the craft cubes though..(must have been a different project team).

Don’t really care for the see thru section but my daughter loves it and it looks great. Only thing missing is the long/thin deli drawer, but knew that going in. Space is perfect for me! Just need to know to open doors all the way to open the drawers.

The shelves are not adjustable that's not a good thing.. The light on the water dispenser is kind of annoying.. Seems like my food is lasting longer than in my previous unit..

Please be aware, the craft ice bucket is NOT A DRAWER! There is nothing stopping the bucket from falling out when you access it to get ice. Within the first week of owning our new refrigerator, a guest pulled on the bucket, thinking it was a drawer. The whole bucket fell, full of ice, and landed on the glass shelf below shattering it. It was embarrasing for them and us. Best Buy is replacing the shelf free of charge with our protection plan but it has been an hour on the phone getting that item ordered. The rest of the refrigerator/freezer is awesome and we are very happy with it.

Choose this one instead of Samsung's model, only because of the reviews about Samsung's Cust Service. Glad I did, I enjoy the craft ice feature, and the fridge looks so lovely. The only downside... It does not have a deli drawer, I miss my old deli drawer.

We bought it on open box and it just has a small dent in the front. The shelving is deep in both the refrigerator and freezer- it fits food from a Sam’s club trip for sure! The cocktail ice is just bonus.
