Working great so far. Sometimes the icemaker gets hung up and you have to manually loosen the ice inside. The craft ice maker is a nice extra. Bummed the instaview does not have an extra door to open just that panel. It's only knock to view. Overall working well and very sexy unit.

Love the craft ice dispenser. The see through door is fun so I can see what snacks I am running out of. Would definitely recommend this product.

I sure do love it! We especially live the dual ice maker and the thinq app! Really great product at a reasonable price.

I have a tight house and the way they got it in place was amazing. The fridge works very amazing and the features are awesome

It has a small ding on the front door but too much hassle to send it back. The craft isle is a nice feature; didn’t know how much I would use it! The delivery installation/ team did a great job and were so kind and helpful!

The temperature of the fridge kept the food fresh and cold when we take out. I love how the alarm sets if we leave the fridge open for too long we can immediately shut when we hear it. Overall this fridge is a 5 star review!

I got a big family, but this refrigerator has enough room to store almost two supermarket carts in it ..

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't blame the store for this, but when I received the fridge and plugged it in there was a beeping that was coming from the fridge every 30 seconds or so. I checked the booklet and it said that it may either be the temperature alert, or that the doors were not closed all the way. After making sure both doors were closed adequately and waiting for most of the day for the temperature to come to setting it still was beeping. We contacted customer service. They sent someone out. They said that we couldn't get it fixed and needed a replacement fridge. When I called LG to get this done after only having the fridge for 3 days, they said that it couldn't be replaced. That we needed to contact the store and have them take care of it. So my husband unplugged the sensor that was causing the beeping and now we don't hear the sound anymore. Will not buy this brand again though.

Also the craft ice maker is great it makes round ice cubes great for drinks.
