I really like this fridge. Lots of room. There is so much storage just in the doors. Everyone loves the craft ice. I like all of the features. You can push a button & make more ice if you need more at a certain time.

Frost buildup inside the freezer - Geek Squad membership doesn't cover it; you have to pay an additional $90 on top of the $180 membership. I recommend the product if you buy it from a reputable appliance store that stands behind what they sell, like a Home Depot or Lowe's, but Best Buy H no and skip buying Geek Squad, it covers NOTHING!!!!

Love this refrigerator with the double ice feature. Craft ice and regular ice. Lots of room and glad I went back to the side by side style. LG product’s are made well. Looks good in our kitchen.

The Refrigerator is perfect for us. The gentlemen that installed it was amazing. The woman in appliances was so patient and helpful in making this decision and getting it ordered and scheduled for delivery.

Not just because it has the coolest craft ice feature, but this refrigerator has it all. Plenty of space, and the water dispenser also dispenses two additional types of ice as well. Highly recommended

Pros and cons: This refrigerator is nice and stylish. The interior is very dark, though, which gives it a boring commercial feel, instead of a welcoming bright well-stocked family fridge. There's a bright white LED light at the top but anything below the top shelf is stuck in the dark ages. This was an open item and it was in perfect condition, so we were happy with the price.—————The glass door does NOT open separately (contrary to the item's description) You tap the glass twice and the interior light comes on for a moment, but that's all there is to it. The exterior is a nice color and I like the glossy finish, which makes it easy to clean.—————Another con is the water dispenser: only the top half of the paddle moves/activates; you have to push the top end of a really tall glass against the paddle for flow. It's like it was installed upside down.—————The biggest con aside from the poor lighting and water dispenser is that the very bottom drawer rubs on the door seal unless you open the door all the way. So, overall it's a nice-looking fridge but has some awkward designing that are very obvious every time you use this fridge. I give it 3 stars.
