Frost buildup inside the freezer - Geek Squad membership doesn't cover it; you have to pay an additional $90 on top of the $180 membership. I recommend the product if you buy it from a reputable appliance store that stands behind what they sell, like a Home Depot or Lowe's, but Best Buy H no and skip buying Geek Squad, it covers NOTHING!!!!

Works great , love the ice cube options. Of course, like other reviews, the lack of handles. You get used to it quickly.

I really like this refrigerator its got lots of room and nice deep shelves for larger items.

Fridge has been going solid for a year now. Ice and craft ice makers are doing great. Water/ice dispenser is working nicely. Ice is made and stored in the freezer--where it belongs *cough*. Doors pockets are nice an generously big. Really we haven't had any problems with how it functions as a fridge. The big problem we've had is the lack of adjustability with the fridge shelves. There are a grand total of 2 adjustments you can make and they are only for the top shelf. All other shelves in the fridge are either inserted or taken out. The pitcher/dispenser I use for iced tea JUST barely is tall enough to butt up against the next shelf above it. Instead of making the shelves adjustable they added some cool looking designs into the side of the fridge that look like you could slot a shelf into but can't. Really frustrating part of this fridge. Don't plan on putting very tall items into the main area.

Overall Excellent. Everybody likes the window. Icemaker ect. perfect. Space for everything. Easy to wipe clean.

Overall, it’s a pretty nice fridge. I wasn’t aware at the time of purchase that this is a “smart fridge” but it’s mainly for just a few helpful features in the app. My one gripe with this fridge has to do with the icemaker. Be mindful of what you’re putting on the top shelf in the freezer as it seems to affect how often it makes ice. It took us a few months to figure out why it was having issues making ice but otherwise it’s a good fridge

This refrigerator is amazing. It is so much better than the french door lower freezer model we previously had.

Love this stylish refrigerator. Very spacious and fancy looking. Love the craft ice option. Only negative is it took a lot of emptying water and ice to get the filter taste out of it.

Love the display on the Craift Ice and InstaView LG Fridge. The craft ice is top notch for aged Scotch!
