    I was never advised that this refrigerator required a specialized water connection, nor that an additional $60 installation fee would be necessary for your technician to perform the service.

    Fridge has been going solid for a year now. Ice and craft ice makers are doing great. Water/ice dispenser is working nicely. Ice is made and stored in the freezer--where it belongs *cough*. Doors pockets are nice an generously big. Really we haven't had any problems with how it functions as a fridge. The big problem we've had is the lack of adjustability with the fridge shelves. There are a grand total of 2 adjustments you can make and they are only for the top shelf. All other shelves in the fridge are either inserted or taken out. The pitcher/dispenser I use for iced tea JUST barely is tall enough to butt up against the next shelf above it. Instead of making the shelves adjustable they added some cool looking designs into the side of the fridge that look like you could slot a shelf into but can't. Really frustrating part of this fridge. Don't plan on putting very tall items into the main area.

    So far so good. We love the Craft Ice, however the regular ice cubes are too small. We bought the 27 & I regret not purchasing the 23. Other then those issues, I love the the LG Refrigerator…after 6 Months.

    Decent size. Lots of moveable shelves. Water dispenser works even when fridge is open. We love the ice balls and use them for everything.

    The refrigerator is nice & spacious. We love it. At present are only concern is the ice cube being made. When we are switching from crushed to cubes it is getting stuck.
