    The craft ice maker broke, and is extremely loud when making ice! Water dispenser takes forever to fill a glass of water

    Make no mistake this looks very nice in our home. The cooling was not working well, I have made several attempts to get service and LG Customer service is very difficult to navigate. It also was very difficult to have a service rep come out. Now our ice machine is not working, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for repair parts to be delivered. LG has not been a good experience.

    I love this fridge. It was exactly what we wanted and needed, we wanted to switch from the bottom freezer with the drawers to the side by side version. It’s was perfect, the website was easy to use and helpful when it came to deciding.

    Nothing different than the other LG models. Only setbacks, is the handles to the bins inside the fridge. They’re at the bottom. The ice dispenser, when you have it set to cube, it’ll dispense small pieces of crushed ice.

    I love my refridgerator I bought it from the Best Buy Outlet and George the clerk helped me pick it out. Easy delivery- they did not stay and hook up the water filter I had to hire a handy man
