Doesnt make any sense not like other fridge that the windows can be opened when u need inside you dnt need to open the entire door but this one isnt that kind. I am a bit disappointed with it as it wasnt the one i was looking for but due to the fact that it has been delivered and installed already i have no choice but to keep it.

Only issue is the craft ice doesn’t always produce ice as described. We changed the setting to produce more but it doesn’t therefore we run out all time.

This LG hopefully will be a better choice.

The fact that the light comes on with just a knock on the door is meet with such Enthusiasm. Forgot to mention an alarm sounds when you leave the door open long, its just simply Amazing.

Ice maker makes loud hammer sounds now only 4 months after purchase. When I call customer service in another country, they say someone will come out soon, but no scheduling so far. YouTube the craft ice maker problem and you will hear the known issue. Also, don’t buy for the door knocking light. It’s cute for a day, but then you’ll open the door anyway like you’ve always done.

I looked online and it appears to come with one, I guess because I got the floor model those weren’t included
