They said they couldn’t replace it, out of stock. I could have a $150 gift certificate if I kept it or get a refund. They took my old refrigerator away, Christmas was in a few days, we had 20 people coming on Christmas Eve. We needed a refrigerator, so we had to keep it. Still haven’t seen the gift certificate. Not good!

I like the see through door and instant light but you would probably find yourself opening the door anyway because of the bottles in way of view. Only downfall is that you must have a compatible phone and wifi connection if you plan to use the app

It's nice to be able to check what's inside without opening the door.

Had an issue with the first delivery, the fridge had a big dent but that wasn't Best Buy's fault and they had it replaced within a week. I even got to keep the dented fridge while I waited for the replacement. Very happy with my purchase.

Seems to be working well, Quiet when making ice and always seem to have plenty. One small issue is with handles... this unit is difficult to open as you only have one isolated area to grab the handle.

The water supply does not run through a cooler or refrigerator first and therefore takes time for the water from the dispenser to get cold.

I bought this fridge and within 5 days of owning it, the freezer completely malfunctioned and continues to cover everything in a half inch of ice. Avoid this fridge!

Big let down. Ice maker is loud, and works when it wants to. Freezer gasket doesn't seal properly so there's a frost issue. Even on the lowest temperature the fridge doesn't really get that cold. Handles to open drawers are on the bottom, not the top where they should be. Bad design, and bad manufacturing. Don't waste your money on this one.
