We received our appliances before we moved in, so when we moved in, we connected the water line, plugged it in, and the quick view knock display didn't work, and the entire thing just kept chiming as if the doors are open when they're closed. To top it off, the freezer-ice maker kept popping very loudly and would not make ice at all. The ice and water dispensers lit up but never dispensed. Thankfully, I reached out in time and Best Buy offered to pick it up and replace it. Will review the new one!

One common reason a refrigerator’s dispenser and ice maker might not be working is if there’s a new water line with some air trapped in it. We suggest running a few gallons of water through the dispenser to help clear out any air from the system.
