    I seldom take time to write a review but I find myself compelled this time because I typically read reviews before expensive purchase. If i could give this a quarter of a star i would! Ice maker failed within first month! ALL OF OUR FOOD gets moldy super super fast like within days of purchase. I have never ever have that happen. It is super loud & freaks our dog out.

    Ice maker quit working after 16 days, did not send anyone to repair. Told me i had to do self repair. Been waiting for part for 10 days

    Horrible fridge. Horrible service. Spent over $5k on appliances for my kitchen. Fridge arrived dented and doesn’t cool. Ends up this fridge has a “known compressor” issue. Best Buy refused to help. LG ended up replacing the compressor, but the fridge came with 2 dents. DO NOT purchase from Best Buy Fort Myers and DO NOT purchase this lemon of a fridge

    We had to return it and replace it

    The defrost cycle causes the freezer to completely defrost and unpredictable cycles. After weeks of this and having to wait, my husband helped troubleshoot and They figured out that the cause of it was defost timer, which would have required sending the brand new refrigerator back in for repair.

    ICE MAKER BREAKS REPEATEDLY

    The ICE MAKER on this appliance is garbage. We have had to replace the craft ice and regular ice systems while under warranty and now the Craft ice is broken again. This refrigerator is too expensive to have unreliable ice making capabilities. I do not recommend. I was forced to buy a table top ice maker to supplement this.

    Won’t cool

    In the process of returning the second one they delivered. Neither refrigerator would cool below 39* tried 3 different thermometers in both refrigerators. 1st spoiled lots of food before replacement came. Geek squad warranty replaced $300 of food, but I am out 2 Saturdays of work. They are allowing us choose a different brand but the other one we liked when we our heads this one is no longer on sale.

    LG Fridge Ice maker worked less than 60 days

    Craft ice maker stopped working in less than 60 days. BEST BUY did nothing to trouble shoot and went straight to want to schedule someone to come for $$$$$. Will NOT buy from WORST BUY again.

    The movers damaged my kitchen floor and dented the refrigerator. Best Buy/ Sedgwick keeps ignoring me. It’s been over a month I have emailed and called numerous times left voicemail messages with NO RESPONSE. I wouldn’t recommend Best Buy to anyone and will no longer shop there in the future.

    It’s the worst fridge I’ve ever purchased. First day, the seal for the freezer wouldn’t close. A few months later, the freezer would randomly stop working and everything in it was defrosted. This happens often now.

    Crew had to unbox to get it in the door and forgot to leave any manuals. We don’t have any literature. Ice maker is super small. No organization for eggs etc.

    I’ve had 3 things break internally in this fridge in the 1st 2 years of ownership and the Wi-Fi never was able to connect

    Ice maker stopped working within 3 months. LG warranty gives u the ring around... unless if you purchase Best buy warranty they want nothing to do with it. Would never buy again

    Just bought this fridge less than two months ago and it’s already gone out twice and had to be repaired to no avail they won’t exchange or replace the fridge $2000 wasted im very unhappy.

    This refrigerator is terrible don’t buy. We had it a couple of weeks and returned it. The freezer ever few days would do like thaw and our ice would partially malt and food would start to defrost.

    For the 2nd Time minutes before the drivers were supposed be at my house with an expensive refrigerator- first time drivers partner No showed. Today. There’s some problem with the merchandise.
