Beautiful refrigerator. Convenient to look inside, the craft ice is awesome.

The refrigerator is great except the ice maker in the door isn't working. I tried calling Best Buy to request service and was yelled at, called names, and hung up on by more than 1 representative. While the product is good it isn't working completely and the experience I've had is absolutely horrendous.

I love this refrigerator! Easy to lean. Not like the old side by side. The shelves and door shelves on the door are deep and strong. Only downfall, no butter holder or egg carriage. The freezer is also roomie . Nobody can get over the craft ice. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

Very spacious refrigerator but miss a deli drawer. Craft Icemaker stopped working twice in 3 years. Replaced first time under warranty but one year later stopped working again. Over $500 to repair. no thank you. Had service tech disconnect, now there's a bit more storage in the freezer.

This fridge an excellent upgrade from out previous one. App capable and “knock knock” see thru creature keeps me from staring in the fridge when I don’t know what I want to snack on.

Very happy with our new LG refrigerator. It's not as large as our old LG (30 Cu. Ft.) but was worth the sacrifice with all the up grades. Love the Craft Ice maker.

Bought this Fridge in November of 2021 as we had never had issues with other LG products we had purchased up to that point. Since then, our craft ice maker has broken twice and needed repaired, which honestly was more of an annoyance than anything (and LG graciously replaced it under warranty free of charge both times.) However, the bigger issue and the reason this gets 1 star is due to the compressor dying out after only 2.5 years of use. Not only that, but it took me over an hour on the phone with LG, along with 5 or 6 transfers between two different departments before I could get someone to send out a technician to my house to diagnose the problem. Which is ALSO an issue as the error codes the fridge was showing was not related to the compressor AT ALL. To top it off, the LG ThinQ app that's supposed to have a smart diagnoses function to tell if something is wrong literally says "your fridge is working fine." Even now after the tech came out and discovered it has a bad compressor and literally isn't running / blowing ANY AIR AT ALL. So not only did I have to wait two days to even get a tech to come out, I now have to wait another week before the part will come in and I can get another repair appointment setup. Which would be acceptable for any other appliance BUT a fridge, which is arguably the most necessary appliance anyone will ever own. Thank God we have another fridge that still works on our back porch, that we did our best to overfill with as much food from the front fridge and freezer as we could. Unfortunately because the app itself is useless and didn't tell me there was a problem I had to find out the hard way - seeing most of my freezer food had melted or dethawed almost completely. So. Lots of wasted / unsalvageable food due to this. Oh and the fridge in the backyard? It's an Electrolux brand that we bought 8 years ago at a Sears Outlet store. Never had an issue with it once. Which just shows how much the quality of appliances has gone downhill. I can't recommend a product that has this many failures (including such a major one) in such a short period of time.
