    Best buy is the worst company to deal with .This refrigerator has been giving me problems for months and all best buy does is send people from the extended warranty to “fix it “ and its never fixed . I had people come at least 4-5 times , the last being a couple of weeks ago . He did not finish the job , yet told them he did . My freezer is still not working right. Ive had food spoil 3 times already . When i call they are no help at all .. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY !! I went a purchased a new fridge from home depot .. i made sure to ask about the extended warranty.. they will come within 3 days and if they cant fix the problem they replace the fridge or give you credit ..I decided that its not worth dealing with best buy or their extended warranty, as i have more important things to do .. a refrigerator should not break after only 2 years .. do not buy from best buy ..

  • Four Faulty Compressors in 6 years

    I loved my LG Refrigerator, while it worked; however, I will NEVER buy another LG product EVER! The original compressor went out within the warranty period. They replaced it, the replacement went out within a year. They replaced the replacement, and it went out in less than a year. They replaced the replaced, replacement and IT when out in less than a year. NOW GUESS WHAT, they said it's no longer in Warranty and won't repair it. So I've owned it for a total of 6 years, and had 4 faulty compressors, and all they did was replace them until it was out of warranty. that's BS!! - Trying to find out if I can sue them in small claims court.

    A lot of things broke on this fridge right before its 2 year warranty expired, thank the lord. The ice maker constantly froze, water filter darn near impossible to replace, and many other issues.
