1 year late and we are still happy with this purchase, oh and the craft ice, we love it.

A lot more spacious than I thought. Once you download the app, its a lot easier to maintain, everything is nice and cold and has kept my food fresh a lot longer. I do recommend, and please consider the inurance as well.

Our last LG lasted 12 years, and we only changed it because the freezer seals were worn out, freezing our produce. I expect similar longevity from this, but it is not without issues: 1) extremely flimsy plastic shelves and drawers without any stoppers. We already had a breakage when the ice drawer fell on a lower shelf. 2) The ice-maker is very, very loud as when the ice falls a long distance into the thin drawer, it's like someone is playing the Taiko drums in the fridge. It wakes us up on the second floor! 3) The see-through door is not dark enough. The contents of the fridge can be seen in regular light. 4) The replacement filter prices continue to be outrageous.

I got this fridge in a discounted limited time and since its LG and side by side, that makes it a perfect fridge for my house. It has lotf of storage for literally every food size! Love the different style if ice making :)

Looks great, and very practical for it can easily accommodate several tall containers (like gallon milk...) unlike most french door refrigerators with bottom freezer. And its design still gives 4 door french style look.

This is the second LG we have gotten with this design. Love the glass door to see what’s inside for a quick glance. It’s a good size.

Had to return the first unit bc of internal damage. Easy process. Working great so far. Sometimes the icemaker gets hung up and you have to manually loosen the ice inside. The craft ice maker is a nice extra. Bummed the instaview does not have an extra door to open just that panel. It's only knock to view. Overall working well and very sexy unit.

I love that we can see whats in the frig without opening it. We also like love the big golf size ice its capable of making! I wish the freezer part was a little bigger.

Technicians came on time, delivered and installed the appliance, and left. It was as seamless as that.

It is a little early to rate this product, but for the short time we have used it we are very pleased.

Craft ice is excellent. We use it more than the crushed ice. See through window is nice to see without opening door. Delivery went well. They even moved my old refrigerator to the garage for me.

Just the right size frige for us. Cool smart features that can be monitored through LG App. Wifey loves the craft ice maker.

Freeze small area to small fridge area very big and spacious

Easy to access and easy to see the refrigerator’s contents. Stylish looks and interesting ice choices. One of the best feature is that you don’t have to blindly search deep drawers since more storage is at eye level.

The fridge got cold really quick which was good because I had food that needed to be in the frídge asap.

Like my new fridge very much. It has a small ding on the front door but too much hassle to send it back. The craft isle is a nice feature; didn’t know how much I would use it! The delivery installation/ team did a great job and were so kind and helpful!

Have had this fridge for about a month now. Love the craft ice dispenser. The see through door is fun so I can see what snacks I am running out of. Would definitely recommend this product.

The guys that delivered the fridge were very professional. I have a tight house and the way they got it in place was amazing. The fridge works very amazing and the features are awesome
