Very nice side by side craft ice maker refrigerator. The kids loved to drink their beverages with the fancy round ice that the ice machine made. It’s easy to see what’s inside the fridge through the window without having to open the fridge door. The fridge and freezer work nicely. We love the water filtration system, With this refrigerator around we don’t have to worry about buying bottled water. I would recommend it to friends and family. If you want it buy it, you will not regret buying it.

Delivery and install were fantastic. Nice refrigerator. The location of the handles to open takes a little to get use to. The knock on the door to turn lights on can't be two simple taps to activate, have to really knock on it like knocking on a door, could not find anything on how to adjust that. Don't really see the value on knocking on the door to see what is inside yet. Hooked it up to my phone which is a good feature. The fridge will let you know when its time to change the water filter. I do recommend, but give 4 stars due to the opening handle location and needing to knock too hard for the light to come on. Should be two taps like when you tap your phone is my recommendation.

Well what can I say about a refrigerator (it's just a fridge). Well to my surprise I seem to admire this one evertime I'm in my kitchen. Fridge is beautiful, quiet and actually a lot more space on the inside. Really love it! Would recommend.

Wasnt looking for LG but I saw this unit a few months before it went viral. I was swept into the hype and sleek features for sure. Its been almost 4 moths and we still havent filled it to capacity. The ice maker is our most liked feature. We love the look. Now we wait to see if she performs like the Whirlpool and GE models that preceded her with very minimal repairs over our 28 yrs of home ownership.

This fridge is the best fridge for me. I like that it is not that pricey compare to other fridge but it looks very elegant. I like the door that lights and you can see thru when you knock it. Furthermore, the best part is the craft ice that make this fridge different from the others. I'll recommend this to my friends and relatives.

This fridge has so much space. I dont mind that there isnt a deli drawer, i just bought clear plastic containers for stuff like that if i dont have room in one of the actual drawers. Love the extra ice maker for fun.

Very satisfied with my new refrigerator and delivery service

I started buying LG products (TVs, appliances, etc.) over 10 years ago without disappoinment. Needing to replace and older LG fridge, my first-choice model wasn't going to be back in stock for several months. This model was a close second, and it is great, except for the water/ice dispenser. That's the primary reason it's not getting all five stars like my prior LG purchases. In terms of performance, both compartments are great. Interior design allows lots of usable space. The fridge inside can easily accommodate numerous tall bottles on the top shelf, plus two (!) of the shelves on inside of door will hold gallon-sized jugs. The freezer has lots of room overall. The top shelf contains the new latest thing, a "craft" ice maker. At first, I thought why have two ice makers? It didn't take me long to answer that question for myself. For iced beverages, the globe shaped ice minimizes melting as experienced from the regular dispenser, enhancing the enjoyment of the beverage. As to that in-door ice/water dispenser, the work area is cramped, not accommodating large containers as my prior did. Small ice crescents, crushed ice, and water are the options. One hand operation is not possible unless the container is short and has a large mouth. Otherwise, you need one hand to hold the container in place and the other to push the control lever. In addition, if you select the ice crescent option, you will get some crushed ice coming out with the crescents. Because the craft ice is so great for beverages, I mostly use it exclusively. That way, my drinks are better, and I don’t have to mess with the one in the door. The dispenser issue and the fact that the freezer side can be noisy at times when the water line is adding water to the ice makers and when dispensing ice to the holding areas are why the fridge isn’t the usual 5-Star LG experience for me. Otherwise, I love it. Also, with full disclosure, I would recommend it to a friend.

Excellent purchase, very stylish, zero noise and the installation was breeze! Best Buy guys were so professional and installed my fridge with ease. They gave me advice of how to keep my fridge in good shape and maintenance. I would recommend Best Buy for all your appliances needs

So far, so good. Very sleek design! This thing is MONSTEROUS! So be sure to measure the depth and width carefully. Overall, we appreciate the capacity. Sad to say that these really aren't printproof though.

We bought the fridge last month and WE LOVE IT! It's a great addition to our kitchen, both doors seal perfectly and the ice maker is wonderful. It's very spacious and the dual ice maker is a BIG PLUS. The InstaView glass panel is great to see inside. We recommend this product. Recommend.

In the first month of ownership, I’m loving this fridge. The craft ice is pretty awesome and it’s great having an ice maker again. The knock to see panel is neat, but even my kids don’t knock on it anymore. Perhaps if I had a better organization system this may be more worthwhile. I love the black stainless finish and will be switching everything in the kitchen to it soon.

Very good refrigerator, good size fits lots of food in both freezer and fridge. I like the 2 types of ice but it is a little slow making the ice and the water is slow coming out. My only real disappointment is the glass front, while I get being able to see inside I don’t like looking at the products on the door.

This is great refrigerator. Spacious with a side by side doors. Love the craft ice, in addition to the regular cubes. The door knock is a great feature to keep opening the fridge up all the time, probably save energy. I have had some friends and family that like it as much as I did and may consider this LG as a choice on their next purchase.

We replaced a samsung with this LG model. We like the depth of the shelves and drawers. The sleek door design and light up feature is beautiful. We are impressed with the ice volume and the craft ice is just top notch. This refrigerator is both beautiful and so easily cleaned!i give this 5 stars so easily.

Great refrigerator with tons of space, and the design with the clear panel looks great in my modern kitchen. Have received several compliments on it since I got it. Craft ice is great for cocktails, but it only makes a couple cubes a day so make sure to accumulate some before a party. No real complaints other than the glass gets fingerprints but they are easy to clean and I don’t think that can really be avoided. Would completely recommend.

I love it's streamlined lines. The ability to see into the refrigerator portion is a nice plus. The storage was set up a little differently from our old 27 cu refrigerator- I was concerned that it would hold what I need but it held more. The set up for the ice dispenser is very easy to tell whether one is getting ice or water and the uv sterilizer is a good feature. The two types of ice is a fun feature, especially since one member of the household loves large ice cubes. I would recommend this refrigerator.
