I love my refrigerator, spacious, modern, sleek, chimes when door has been left open. Wonderful ice maker features. I highly recommend. You can gently knock on the glass to see the contents of the fridge without having to open it.

Have been impressed with this refrigerator. Maybe it was because I was using a 15 year old refrigerator before, but this one is extremely quiet while running. The craft ice maker is a novelty, but the family seems to like it. Just know that if your fridge does sit against a wall on the sides, and the walls extend beyond the fridge, you will probably not be able to open the pull out drawers at the bottom. Overall though, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I love my new Frig. It make the fancy round ice for your cocktails gives you 2 type of crush ice as well. Tap on the frig and it lights up to look into it. It beeps when you frig has been open too long. My husband has the smart frig on his phone which he brags about all the time. The room is the most important thing to me I love all the room.

We absolutely love our fridge and the entire best buy team was amazing. Entire process was seamless and we got an awesome deal!!! Delivery was also amazing and they even took the old fridge too. Highly recommend Best Buy for all your appliance needs.

A wonderful side by side with a lot of space. I absolutely love the craft ice option and the peakaboo window is a nice touch.

Replaced our old refrigerator with this one. The kidslike the window to see whats in the refrigerator. It gives out 3 different types of ice. Crushed, cubed and craft which is a ice ball for drinks.

We love it! It makes craft ice beautifully, though it’s smaller than we expected. We use two of the spheres in each dof glass. It’s roomy. I do miss having a meat drawer like my last LG fridge had, but it’s really nice. Hoping the quality is as good as the one we just lost that lasted almost 20 years!

Plenty of room to store everything, especially on the door. The window has a nice feature where you can knock twice on the glass and it will light up to show what's inside. I originally didn't care too much about the craft ice when I initially got the fridge, but over the next few months I started to like using the craft ice more and more. Only thing I don't really like is the fairly expensive water filters, but if you have the LG app and connect your fridge to it, it usually gives you some sort of deal to buy the filters.

Love the see through windows. The compressor was super quiet compared to my old fridge. Also love the door cooling vent which keeps the items that are stored in the door compartment cold.

Loving this style after having a French door style LG prior. Variety of options to organize, just make sure doors are open all the way to open the bottom drawers. Craft ice in the freezer is an excellent addition to the in-door water and ice feature. Adjustable door shelves would be an improvement.

We've had this fridge for 8 months now and have no complaints! Ice is still being made regularly, and everyone LOVES the craft ice. It is way more spacious than our previous side-by-side. I'm thrilled I can fit a 20-lb brisket in it!

The best refrigerator EVER!!! We love the knock knock feature - we do it multiple times a day lol. Both the craft ice and regular ice works well for us depending on what type of drink you have. It never seems to run short on ice even with a crowd. Overall the design is great and hope to be happy for years to come!!

Replaced a Samsung fridge with this LG an so far we are very pleased! Looks great and works flawlessly. The ice maker keeps up with our daily needs and the craft ice maker is a great daily supplement, not just for parties! Very happy with this choice.

New unit and the ice maker cannot keep up with usage of 2 adults, even when in "turbo mode". Worse, the turbo mode is not constant, you have to reset it every day. If not for craft ice we would be without ice at times. My old Kenmore never had these issues. The water pressure is fine, no filter installed and freezer is at 0 degrees (checked with thermometer). The LG website for "No Ice" was of no help and the link in that KB for "Not enough ice" is broken. EXTENSIVE web searches were of no help. There is not an optical sensor as many of the web searches have shown. There is instead a metal bar. I am uncertain of the default position because IT IS NOT DESCRIBED IN THE MANUAL. I have to assume it is correct as it still makes ice, but the bucket has not been able to fill in 3 days now. It has not even gotten close to full, but has run completely out multiple times. I wanted to try lowering the temp (as suggested in one LG KB) but the manual does not say even how to do this. IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR A MANUAL THAT IS SPECIFIC AND UP TO DATE WITH THE UNIT PURCHASED. I installed the ThinQ app and tried setting temp there. It pretends to do something but the temp never sets. Bought this unit because of craft ice and that is working at 6 per day. Only thing saving us. Also liked the look with the window. I had hoped the window would open, but I suspected not since they never show that in photos of this model. It seems other models allow the window to open. Knock for window light is a gimmick we will get little use from because you have to open entire door anyhow. I am not sure I would recommend this unit 3 days in. A basic and important function it does not seem to do well.
