Replaced a Samsung fridge with this LG an so far we are very pleased! Looks great and works flawlessly. The ice maker keeps up with our daily needs and the craft ice maker is a great daily supplement, not just for parties! Very happy with this choice.

LG products so far has performed up to my standards may be a little bit above. This refrigerator was my third LG product . I had a LG refrigerator previous French door before this one that last me 14 years and they decided to go back with the side-by-side and so far it has performed up to my standards the ice maker . Makes the ice balls and it also makes the regular ice. It has the knock glass tap on the glass and it lights up. Nice ice box Best Buy service with the delivery was good.

Great stylish design and lots of capacity. Note there is a molding on top that’s not In measurements that causes my cabinets over the refrigerator not to open.

I have been happy with this refrigerator until yesterday when the ice been for the craft ice cracked. But I ended up calling LG and they are sending me a new one so that is why I am reading this four stars. Other than that issue, the refrigerator is so quiet and we have had no problems. I love the knock knock light on the glass so you can see what's inside without opening the refrigerator. That is a neat add-on.

What a great and fun addition to our kitchen. Installation was quick. The unit is a great focal point. The door and the ice is great and the craft ice is a crowd pleaser. The "Smart" tech is great once you enable the smartphone application.,

Great fridge. Beautiful inside and out. The sphere ice balls are super cool to have and make the fridge stand on from the rest at the same price point. Keeps everything at perfect temperature and i notice veggies and fruits def last longer than our old fridge. Happy with this purchase (:

Ice machine has been fixed twice already in Under a year. The craft ice maker froze over and broke the plastic inner parts- luckily I had the extra geek squad coverage or the part would be almost 500$ The water tasted like plastic for nearly six months. Tech replaced the water filter housing as it was defective. The doors are uneven - tech said this is normal as it’s my floor that’s uneven? The WiFi drops constantly making you go through an awful reconnect cycle. It doesn’t log back in on its own. Rather you have to restart the process again. The crushed ice jams constantly so stopped using it. It IS quiet though while running - looks nice and has a ton of room.

This refrigerator is good for its price. We like that you can use the water or ice dispenser (which is on the freezer door) even if the refrigerator door is open. Our previous LG could not. Plenty of space inside. We had a drawer type refrigerator previously and over time the freezer door became loose. This side by side one seems very sturdy. Also, you can put magnets on this one. Our previous LG would not even though it was metal (strange).

Works as expected ice makers are great front is clean looking

It has been several months since our purchase. The delivery and setup were flawless and quick. No dings and they actually fixed a prior plumbing issue with my waterline. All of the features work as advertised. The system is very quiet and efficient. Well worth the purchase

Overall a great fridge that satisfies all my family’s need with amazing features. The Icemaker has been very useful for all our daily needs. The fridge is everything we expected.

New unit and the ice maker cannot keep up with usage of 2 adults, even when in "turbo mode". Worse, the turbo mode is not constant, you have to reset it every day. If not for craft ice we would be without ice at times. My old Kenmore never had these issues. The water pressure is fine, no filter installed and freezer is at 0 degrees (checked with thermometer). The LG website for "No Ice" was of no help and the link in that KB for "Not enough ice" is broken. EXTENSIVE web searches were of no help. There is not an optical sensor as many of the web searches have shown. There is instead a metal bar. I am uncertain of the default position because IT IS NOT DESCRIBED IN THE MANUAL. I have to assume it is correct as it still makes ice, but the bucket has not been able to fill in 3 days now. It has not even gotten close to full, but has run completely out multiple times. I wanted to try lowering the temp (as suggested in one LG KB) but the manual does not say even how to do this. IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR A MANUAL THAT IS SPECIFIC AND UP TO DATE WITH THE UNIT PURCHASED. I installed the ThinQ app and tried setting temp there. It pretends to do something but the temp never sets. Bought this unit because of craft ice and that is working at 6 per day. Only thing saving us. Also liked the look with the window. I had hoped the window would open, but I suspected not since they never show that in photos of this model. It seems other models allow the window to open. Knock for window light is a gimmick we will get little use from because you have to open entire door anyhow. I am not sure I would recommend this unit 3 days in. A basic and important function it does not seem to do well.

Great refrigerator. I love that. It makes the craft ice three choices for ice is what sold me.

Ive had this Fridge for almost 3 months now, and Love everything about it. Space, color, connectivity! Every appliance in my home is LG, love the ThinQ app. I can change the CD settings on the Fridge from the app. And love knocking to see in the glass door before opening.

We have had it for almost a month and are very happy with it. Plenty of space and love not having handles. We are just crossing our fingers that it last.

Only had for a month but great so far. Large capacity and love the ice maker.

Very excellent purchase, the sleekness and quality of the refrigerator makes it amazing in our home. And the craft ice is off the charts!!! Highly recommend buying it form Best Buy. The installation process was very smooth and nice!!
