We replaced our old LG refrigerator from 2007 with this one in 2021. Great space! Fits three milk gallon bottles deep. The ice makers are awesome! Plenty of capacity. Its nice to be able to customize settings through the app. Just a couple things I dont like: 1) the shelves mostly cannot be adjusted, and there is no option for things like a deli drawer - the latter seems like a big missed opportunity for LG. 2) the bigger issue is that unlike our old LG, the bottom drawers can’t be pulled out without the doors ALL the way open, so if you have a wall on either side of the fridge, you won’t be able to access that bottom drawer at all without leaving the cover glass out.

So far this fridge has been great. I love the craft ice option. Thats one of the biggest reasons that we purchased this. The fridge and freezer are very spacious. The only thing I don't like is the crushed ice through the door. It flies everywhere and makes a huge mess

So far I love it. My old fridge was causing stress and sucking money, and the LG is cold, beautiful and roomier even with the same dimensions as my old one. It’s sensitive through. One extra degree will frost up the freezer glass, but it magically defrosts itself. I’m a bit sad it doesn’t have a cheese/tortilla/meat drawer in the middle—you have to buy organizer containers as the shelves are cavernous. We don’t really use the knock knock feature lol. Overall I am thankful for my new fridge and hope it lasts a long time without incident as apparently the repair guys in smaller towns don’t know how to work on LGs (not that they were good at fixing my Whirlpool!).

Love the craft ice. My kids love knocking on the door. Even with the door they still manage to open the door about a million times a day. I do like that it beeps my kids when they have been in the fridge for too long instead of me telling them to close it.

Overall a great fridge that satisfies all my family’s need with amazing features. The Icemaker has been very useful for all our daily needs. The fridge is everything we expected.

I love this refrigerator!! The ice maker with both craft ice and regular Ice is great! There us so much room in both sides and much more convenient than the top/bottom styles. The door has amazing amount of storage. Very happy with this refrigerator.

I love this Refrigerator! It’s very spacious, has crushed, regular and craft ice, the machine is very quiet. The instaview is a cool option to use to not have to open your door and let the cold air out.

Bought the LG side by side to replace a GE side by side that stopped working. The tap glass see through really is a nice feature that the whole family uses. The storage in the freezer is generous and fits our needs well. We use the unit in our basement bar area and it is a perfect match for our needs. We looked at several options before buying this model. Very happy with the purchase.

Nice fridge. It has plenty of space for our food now. The ice cube balls are fun to make. Our old fridge wouldn't keep our food fresh. This fridge keeps the temperature more steady.

Great fridge, inside is very spacious. Looks sleek and fingerprint dont stay on fridge. Only negative was that the water tasted awful after install. A call LG service (1 hour later) and they sent us a new filter and wverything was better.

The fridge looks amazing it's only a two door but looks like a four. The fridge work great but then it would not stop leaking from the water valve we had to put a cup underneath it. I give it five stars for Best buy and it's return policies and the staff that they had bringing and installing. I ended up going with two different fridges prior from Lowe's they came indented and the installation staff was not as high caliber as Best buys. Yes the fridge late I get that things happen everything's junk nowadays. But that's why I get five stars for me and the fridge will probably be a four. It is huge it holds lots of food and it makes really really cool ice ball pieces of ice.

The craft ice is a really cool feature, will be great for parties. The fridge is very spacious, keeps everything cool or frozen. The window feature, while not that useful for me personally; it is a nice feature to have if you want to quickly look at things like milk levels.

I love this refrigerator. It’s sleek and very modern. The golf bowl shape ice cubes are another unique convo when having a iced beverage. The deep glass shelves and extra storage in the freezer. I stock cool soda and juices in the see thru window. I rate it a 10!

This fridge is great. Quiet, cold, dispenses water and ice. 2 comments on features: 1) the view through the door when you knock on it - not as exciting as I anticipated. I appreciate the idea - you don't open the door and waste energy for a quick peak, but in practice that door is full of drinks and such, so you can't really get a full view anyway. Honestly, we don't use this feature at all, sadly, since it was an extra $300. 2) the "craft" ice is large golf ball size+ spherical balls of ice, in addition to the standard ice "cubes". This is a real winner, and I didn't expect to care about it. But these ice balls are large enough to keep drinks cold for a really long time without melting. Since they melt less, but keep things just as cold, they don't dilute whatever you are drinking. And they are fun. This feature itself is worth it.
