Quality refrigerator. Had it a year now and no issues to report. Plenty of room. Live the craft ice.

Purchase this refrigerator begining of May 2023. So far it has been good. I like the see thru glass. I just knock knock and see what I have behind the glass door which helps limit opening the door and lost all the cold air. The inside is huge but I wish they could have one more comparment on the right door. So far so good. I have always been a Whirlpool customer until the last Whirpool Gold series (refrigerator compressor failed x2 just after a few years, the washing machine failed after a few years) didn't hold up the quality. This is the 1st time I purchased LG based on friends recomendations. I hope this will last me a good long time. I rated the Quality Good because I only had it for a month.

It’s pretty and working well. Craft ice is the best! Didn’t know how much I would enjoy the see through function. Hoping the ice maker doesn’t break down in a few months as others have written about as I have hard water here

Excellent product that fits into out kitchen perfectly. We love the ice maker and being able to see inside though the window is a very cool feature.

Well, it has been a little over a month since I purchased this refrigrator and so far so good. I'm very happy with it. The only, somewhat negative comment I would make is that "Craft Ice" aren't perfect spheres-which they imply. The "Craft Ice" has a small section at the top cut off. If this is extremely important to you, then take note. However, I really don't care. The refrigerator looks good, produces plenty of ice, and has a lot of room for food storage.

It is my1st LG refrigerator . It is nice design , working well so far .

Very happy with The LG Side by Side. All the features that I thought were a bit "gimicky" are what I have fallen in love with. The Instaview proves to be quite handy and the Craft Ice is wonderful. The cubes last long and area a big hit!

We had our fridge delivered today and the crew that delivered the fridge was not give us a full service, they did not installed the water line and they did not bring the water line kit that included in the order instead they told us to call a plumber to install the water line without give us a reason why they cannot install it. Also the crew put the fridge door lining to the cabinet because they have to take it a part when they bring it in and the feezer door fell on the floor seems like it’s fine but hope is nothing broken, I tried to call customer service also not helping at all, so we came to the store in Poughkeepsie we spoke to Alex and Zahne about what happened they right away taking care of us and helped us to reschedule for the installation, Alex and Zahne they both very knowledgeable and explained to us that we might need extra service for the installation, they made everything very clear and explained to us so patienly. Thank you for Alex and Zahne for helped us. They deserve raised.

The refrigerator works great. The ice balls are a great feature.

This refrigerator is amazing! The craft ice feature is great for drinks, and the smart controls make it easy to adjust settings. It has plenty of space and keeps everything cool. The black stainless steel finish looks beautiful and doesn’t show fingerprints. Highly recommend it!

Looks beautiful in my kitchen. Well organized, and the knock on glass door is great! Keeps us from opening and closing the fridge. Very roomy on both sides. The artisan ice is a nice touch.

Love this refrigerator very luxurious has that 4 door look but the simple of a 2 door refrigerator. Would highly recommend to anyone. The sphere ice is great with orange juice and ice coffee

Has been great so far! Easy to use...we love the having the craft ice a available for entertaining and the fridge holds so much!

This is a great looking refrigerator with some cool features. Why it has 4 stars instead of 5 is after installation the line to the ice maker was leaking, After 2 visits from the plumber they noticed the line was not symmetrical causing the line to leak when it was filling up the ice maker. Due to a leak from our old refrigerator we purchased a water detector! So happy we did.. we were able to be notified of the leak in a few hours .. not a few weeks when water would have been coming up from our floors.
