    Make no mistake this looks very nice in our home. The cooling was not working well, I have made several attempts to get service and LG Customer service is very difficult to navigate. It also was very difficult to have a service rep come out. Now our ice machine is not working, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for repair parts to be delivered. LG has not been a good experience.

    Overall good fridge. It's deeper than expected (easy to loose things in the back). Unfortunately, about 4 months into ownership, the second ice maker (big round balls of ice) began giving us problems. I've had to thaw it a couple times to get the ice maker working again. It keeps not discharging ice, overflows water into the ice tray (which freezes ice to it) and then still not dispensing ice. I'm sure Best Buy will work to swap it out at some point through ice maker repair or the whole fridge. Ice makers are just so disappointing in the 21st century.

    Good looking product. Runs well. Only drawbacks are the shelves are not adjustable to different heights and the drawers inside need to be able to be pulled from the top and not underneath.

    Great fridge, I love that it doesn't hold magnets because I have the tendency to put way too much on the fridge. The ice maker is awesome. It made ice right away once plugged up. I do wish there was a filter under the spout to make cleaning up the water that drips a lot easier but other than that. I love this fridge. I highly recommend.

    Extremely great buy however I do have some issues with the ice maker clumping up once corrected still a great refrigerator definitely no freezing issues adjusting temperature is awesome
