    CRAFT ICE TASTES LIKE SALT WATER IS BEING USED! I requested a return/exchange and my order was cancelled the day before delivery was confirmed to occur! Now they are saying I’m outside of the return window! I’m stuck with a refrigerator I can not use!

      Hi, Ashley. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG Refrigerator (LRSOS2706S) model. We understand how important it is for your appliance to perform as expected, especially when it comes to features like Craft Ice.

      If your Craft Ice tastes off, we recommend running a manual flush of the water line and replacing the water filter. To do this: Remove the current filter and install a new LG LT1000P filter.

      Dispense and discard the first 2.5 gallons of water to flush the system.

      Then, discard the first few batches of Craft Ice to ensure fresh water is cycling through. You can find more support and maintenance tips here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ong1rOxTmhw.     Great Fridge. Difficult linking to the Wi-Fi. Water filter that came with the fridge makes the water taste funny.
