The drivers scratched my refrigerator and no one has called me

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the installation service provided by Best Buy’s contracted installers. Since the initial delivery and installation of my refrigerator, I have not had access to water or ice. The installers informed me that the hose was too short but did not provide any solution or attempt to resolve the issue. Today, they also installed my stove and microwave; however, they again refused to assist with the refrigerator issue, despite the fact that I purchased a complete LG appliance package. At this point, my refrigerator is still not fully functional, and I continue without water or ice. I am requesting immediate assistance and a proper resolution to this matter.

It’s a bit different with no pull handles on the door but you get use to the disguised grip in the middle. Ice maker is loud when filling with water and dropping the ball ice. Scared my dog.

The refrigerator is awesome. I love it. The best buy team was efficient and did their job to make sure I was truly satisfied.

This is a very nice, sleek, modern-looking refrigerator and I really like the see-through window. Smudges are very visible on the dark glass, so it requires constant cleaning. My only complaint is when the baseball-size ice balls drop into the plastic tray, it gets very loud, especially at nighttime. The ice tray is also heavy when it gets full, and sadly, it has already cracked.

The refrigerator is great except the ice maker in the door isn't working. I tried calling Best Buy to request service and was yelled at, called names, and hung up on by more than 1 representative. While the product is good it isn't working completely and the experience I've had is absolutely horrendous.

No issues so far. I like the craft ice and the way the fridge is organized. The low drawer pulls take a bit of getting used to and I never use the glass door to just look in there but overall we love it.

The refrigerator has only been installed for about a month, and I already had a leak from the water dispenser.

Love my fridge. The lights and ice maker are so premium and a crowd pleaser. You’ll have well hydrated kids and family with this one. Its also excellent in maintaining chill and freshness. Best purchase we coukd have made

I love this refrigerator! Easy to lean. Not like the old side by side. The shelves and door shelves on the door are deep and strong. Only downfall, no butter holder or egg carriage. The freezer is also roomie . Nobody can get over the craft ice. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

This fridge an excellent upgrade from out previous one. App capable and “knock knock” see thru creature keeps me from staring in the fridge when I don’t know what I want to snack on.
