    So Far so good, small issue is that when too much weight is on the door compartments, a dip is noticed on the top of the fridge between the two doors.

    Bought an open box item and it looked like new, got it delivered pretty quickly, bought on Friday and delivered on Monday, great because the freezer on my old fridge went out. Guys were great that delivered, professional and even arrived earlier than expected.

    I have delivery problems. Damage to my house and concealing issues unloading. I feel there my have been selling seconds. I went with a different brand. And after 3 trys, i finally got a good appliance, great delivery team and. Minimal compensation for my trouble.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience EVER. They offered free delivery for the “open box” fridge that I physically had eyes on in the store. Was supposed to be there in 4 days. Great, I thought. Then Monday comes and goes with no fridge. I get an email saying it’s “delayed because the store never sent it to the shipping facility” and it would be delivered in another 7 days. I email back and ask if I can pick it up from the store, they said yes. There is no physical way to contact a person in a Best Buy store. They can’t even talk to one another without email. RIDICULOUS. So I drive the hour to the store for them to say “we shipped it the day you bought it, it should be in Cleveland”. I bought it in cranberry pa and live in grove city. They physically drove past my house to get to Cleveland. Then Cleveland emails the store back and say they never receive it. They *lost* a fridge. 12 days after I bought it they now email again telling me to schedule a delivery day. The earliest option is in another 7 days from today. Also, RIDICULOUS. I finally cancelled. Best Buy- you will go out of business with this level of nonsense. I will never make another purchase with you. Thank you to Home Depot who delivered the fridge when the said they would with amazing customer service AND you can call them and get a person.

    Thia fridge is exactly what we were needing! The door in door is a great feature and the water/ice don’t take up too much of the freezer! Couldn’t be happier!

    I love my LG fridge replacement, this one makes ice, hurray! The first one wouldn’t, but Best Buy took quick action, replacing it! We appreciated the fast service!

    Love the set up. The side by side is more convenient than having the freezer drawer below because nothing gets buried. Water and ice work great.

    It’s a nice refrigerator but I was specially needing an ice maker that actually works after coming from a Samsung disaster (if you know you know!). Sadly, the ice maker cannot keep up with my husband and I. We use ice in a yeti each morning and make a protein smoothie in the evenings - nothing earth shattering over here. It only fills with ice 1/4 of the way and then takes hours to replenish the smallest amount of ice.

    Don’t buy this fridge. Piece of junk!!

    Don’t buy this fridge it has been a complete nightmare. We got the fridge delivered and placed in the house. Once the ice started making the dispenser would not dispense the ice. We called Best Buy and they had the geek squad come out to look at it. Yep, ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice like we said. They had to order a whole new fridge because the fridge was so new there wasn’t replacement parts on it. Now, 3 months later the entire freezer and fridge went out. I had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food and had melted ice from the freezer all over my kitchen. I called Best Buy, they routed me to LG. They said they would put this in as a rush and it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard a word. I don’t want another replacement fridge and wish I could just get my money back. It’s been awesome living for this long without a fridge at all.
