The door in door feature is ok but no where as convenient as in other units we’ve owned. The ice and water dispenser is a pain to switch between the two and the push panel feels off when used. The delay of the interior door when opened is annoying, I want full on when I open the door, not a gradual increase in brightness. The non adjustable shelves in the fridge make for awkward placement of large beverage containers. The plus side is the freezer section is large and roomy.
