We bought this refrigerator for my mom since she wanted more space.She is very happy with the storage space and design.

Love the look of it and it is working great. Wasn’t sure about no handles but it I love not having the handles stick out.

I have no complaints for the last refrigerator I owned, it lasted 18 years and was still working when replaced it. This LG gives me much more room and is quiet. Love the side by side design (don't understand why one would want the freezer on the bottom). I did not want the unit with "designer" ice cubes opting instead for the extra shelf of freezer space. Hope this LG lasts as long as the last one. So far I love it and have not complaints.

If the taste of water is important to you then I would not recommend this fridge. I would also not recommend LG as their customer service has gone down drastically. I have called several times regarding our water issue and have done what they recommended (change the water line to a pex line) and it didn't change the taste. I started the calls from the onset of getting our fridge. Recently I called back and it was promised that a supervisor would call me back. It has been a week and still no call. They previously told me they would send a tech out to check on our water dispenser and they did not follow through on that. I will not be purchasing an LG appliance again. Our old fridge was an LG and had great success with Geek Squad as that fridge had challenges with the ice maker (it ended up being a recall situation). I figured it was safe to go with LG again however I was wrong.

Great Refrigerator. So the big thing, is the door shelves are huge. Tons of storage in those alone. It was at first hard to get used to, having the handles built in, except sticking out, but it makes it WAY BETTER, because the handles are usually sticking out and can be in the way when opening. Great ice maker, super simple, nice small ice cubes. So far this is a great buy and it looks great in our kitchen.

The fridge arrived at the early end of the scheduled time. The crew delivering it were very professsional. Had to take the front door off and the temperature was 105 degrees outside. Had it back on in less than 5 minutes. The fridge is great. It makes great ice and cold water through the door. All in all, the experience of buying the fridge and getting it installed exceeded our expectations. Thank you Best Buy

I love my new refrigerator , it is all what I wanted and easy to clean and keep neat and tidy, it is good to have a larger freezer part on the left side . I can keep seafood separate from meat and vegetables from bread products.I had to get use to open the doors without handles but I like it a lot , the water and ice function is great and works well. All in all I would recommend this refrigerator for the excellent -price .

Wife wanted white. Check. A side by side. Check. Quiet running. Check. Plenty of space for what you need. The only thing the wife missed from the old refrigerator was some drawers. Other than that, very satisfied. A basic refrigerator without all the electronics you don't really need.

The LG refrigerator works perfect in terms of cooling function, storage space and cool outlook.

Everything is operating as expected. Ice making is a little slow. Our kitchen has a tile floor with an uneven level between the tiles which causes the refrigerator to be tilted backwards. There is no roller adjustment to make the rear of the refrigerator higher. We like the amount of space in the refrigerator and the ice maker being mounted on the freezer door frees up a lot of space.
