I am very happy with this fridge. It has much more room than my previous one. It looks nice - does not show finger smudges. The only complaint I might have is the doors are really heavy and shut hard, I am learning to hold handle and shut gently.

Looks & works & fits into our space perfectally. So far we are using all 4 and they work fine. The man who installed them knew what he was doing.

Good product and good price and easy to use for the family

This fridge is great...only thing I would want to be different is the ability to move the shelves up or down and have a place for butter! Otherwise it is very deep and can hold a lot of food and drink! The ice is a smaller size too, which is great.

This refrigerator is great. Nice and big. Like the way it has compartments I and the crushed ice is the perfect size. Very quiet. Delivery guys were great too. Very careful and fast.

It's been a year since I bought this product. I've been using it well without any problems. The price was also cheaper than other places from Best Buy. I'm very satisfied.

A disappointing fridge but had a issue with the board. Geek squad took a week to get new board but not their fault. The technician being thorough found irrepairable corrosion already on discharge copper line. Immediately put in for a warranty exchange. While the fridge has been a total disappointment, the geek squad technician (in Lubbock Texas) Julian went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of to the best of his ability and we appreciate that. Thanks Julian.

It’s quiet and love having all the shelves spacing.

Great refrigerator. Plenty of room. Very spacious.Much better and less expensive than the french door style units. Lots of room in the freezer. Can easily access items in the freezer because it is upright. I highly recommend this refrgerator.

I love this refrigerator. It has more than enough space for my things and I love the ice and water factor. Not to mention its and LG that was extremely affordable.

It is perfect with plenty of room convenience and form. Just right and the right fit for our new home. We got the Best Buy from Best Buy and the best delivery and sales crew as well. We will do more business here in Tyler at The Best Buy.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! I have always steered away from side-by-sides, however, the way LG designed this is amazing! There is actually space in the freezer. Highly recommend!

Beautiful refrigerator, works great, exactly as pictured. I love the hidden handles.

It’s fine. By the photo I’d assumed it had the freezer on the bottom. I missed it was a side by side. My error. It works great and has ample room.

So far things are going well with this new LG refrigerator. We are enjoying the amount of space this has with 27.2 cu ft. It takes a little getting used to in terms of design since the "handles" are recessed into the doors. However, this gives the fridge a nice, clean look and makes the exterior easier to clean. One thing we would change in terms of design pertains to the inside drawers. The integrated handles of the drawers should be on the upper part of the drawers rather than the bottom of the drawer. It would make the drawer pull easier to access since one wouldn't have to bend over as far. We purchased this in platinum silver which is a tad darker than another stainless steel appliance we have in our kitchen. I don't think most would even notice though. The Best Buy delivery crew did a good job delivering and setting up the fridge. They were very efficient and friendly.

This refrigerator is good Purchase, it keeps food cold and freezer keeps food frozen I would recommend this refrigerator

large capacity I really like it . I had a lg french door with dual ice maker . It wouldn’t work for our new place so quickly found this side by side . It is really a great fridge no complaints
