Tech came out to replace icemaker but it would not fit. The connector was different than the initial icemaker. So now I have to wait once again for him to reorder and reinstall. It's not the Techs fault but it is the manufacturers fault. I would only recommend without the icemaker.

I was very please with the service and how fast they delivered it and set it all up. Also hauling away the old refrigerator was the cherry on the top of a great customer service.

I do not recommend LG kitchen appliances so far.

I find the inside space to be hard to organize and the black exterior looks dirty no matter how much you clean it. But there are things I should have known, so I can’t blame the appliance.

Kept making a loud thumping noise every now and again. Got it replaced, and the new one continued to make weird noises. Eventually had this one replaced too and went with a whirlpool. Didn't want to give them another chance.

Our salesman quickly ordered a missing shelf and we had it delivered in 2 days. Our old refrigerator had a drawer freezer. The new one is a side by side and I like it so much more. Items are easy to see and nothing gets lost like it did in the,drawer.

Customer service was very nice and provided us with either an exchange or gift card. def something id purchase when i move out good price esp during the sale.

As per the instructions before using I dispensed the required amount of water from the unit and disposed of it before using it for ice and water. This turned out to be ineffective as the water still had a peculiar taste to it. Since that time I have had to empty pitchers of water until the taste would go away. However the bad taste always returns if the despenser is not used for a spell. Using the ice to chill faucet water or other drinks also contributes to an unplesant taste to the drink. Dissapointed with the the product for that reason.
