Fridge is working great for us! Only complaint is the water is a bit slower than I’d hoped. Would’ve given five stars, but there were issues with the first fridge and it needed replaced. Best Buy customer service handled everything great though and got the replacement to be quickly. I had a free issues with the online chat agent, but an in store rep was able to help out over the phone.

Roomy, sleek and stylish. The Refrigerator is quite chilly and the door alarm rings just in case those kids leave the doors open.

I really love this refrigerator for many reasons. It is spacious, bright and sleek. It’s my first stainless steel appliance and the fingerprints bug me, but with the hidden opening “handles” we are learning that we don’t have to leave any prints at all! We are also learning to shut the fridge gently or the freezer pops open and can stay open a tiny bit. The slim in door ice maker is dreamy compared to the clonker in my old side by side. I love LG products and this is another great one!

This fridge is big! The freezer space is good (great for NYC standards) and I love that the shelves are solid glass. The ice machine is a bit dramatic sometimes, spitting ice at a wide angle, but nothing a wider container or glass can’t handle.

LOVE my refrigerator! I have had it just over a year, and it is WONDERFUL! It does a great job with ice, with water, with cooling and freezing. I really like the alert when I leave the door open too long. Not problem with fingerprints either! Also, a fun thing is, it is still magnetic! So many stainless steel fridges are not magnetic, but this fridge IS!! It is wonderful!!

Love our fridge. Had gone to a smaller 18 cubic foot 2 years ago from a 26 cubic foot. We did not like the size even though its just the two of us. We love our new 27 cubic foot side by side. We have so much room. I had gastric sleeve surgery last year and I buy alot of protein drinks. We purchased a small fridge just for those. Now we dont need. Beautiful look and very quiet

Spacious , quite and attractive with ice and water dispenser.

In love with this refrigerator. Delivery went smooth, only here 10 minutes and that included unpackaging, taking off and putting back on our front door so it would fit. Easy for us to hook up the water line ourselves. Only took a few hours to reach perfect temperature. Followed instructions and dumped the first batch of ice and 2.5 gallons of water. Ice Plus is a nice feature since this household of four uses plenty of ice! This fridge is about 2.5cu ft bigger than our old top freezer refrigerator and wow what a difference that little bit makes! I have so much room in both fridge and freezer. Our old ice maker bucket took up half a shelf of space so having tons of room really helps stay better organized and not overcrowded. The door alarm is great especially when people are forgetful. I thought I’d miss a deli drawer and butter door but absolutely not. Bottom drawer is big enough for all produce and the top drawer is perfect for deli meats and cheeses. I love the amount of space and the sturdiness in the door shelves as well. I researched and researched, don’t let a few negative reviews sway you on this one. The smooth finish is easy to clean and won’t trap grime and no handles is nice too! So far so good.

The refrigerator looks sleek. It cools nicely. The only problem is that the door has to be totally open to open the 2 inside drawers at the bottom of the fridge. It doesn't have a butter drawer either. The ice maker moans quit loudly. But overall, it's pretty good.

Love the depth of the shelves and the side by side freezer and refrigerator. Water/Ice dispenser is great with easy access. It also doesn’t take up a lot of freezer space. Only thing I dislike is that you open crisper drawers from the bottom would have liked to have it on the top of the drawer. Filter easy to replace

I've had this fridge for a few months now and can say I'm very pleased with it. It has lots of space. If I had a complaint it would be the Ice maker - our family uses more ice than it can make in a day, so we added a couple ice cubes trays that make big cubes in the freezer to help with that.

Good refrigerator. Until now I am happy with it. After 15 days everything is fine.

I was hesitant to buy from bestbuy after so many defective products but im so glad i did. The delivery guy was nice and brought it inside. Settinf it up was easy and after a month its still good. Occasionally it makes a noise but its normal. Im very happy with it. The delivery guy explained howto set it up and everything

I really like this fridge so far. Upgraded from a LG french door 28 cubic that was about 11 years old that quit freezing. Honestly the organization is so much better and this is a beautiful fridge so modern and aesthetically pleasing. the ice maker works so well and take up little to no space in the freezer. Also shelves are easy to take out in the freezer to fit in a frozen pizza. Only complaint I have is the button for the ice maker hard to get used to. The Design is also so easy to keep clean.

works good and it is a pleasure to have, I have decided not to connect the water so cannot review about the water dispenser but have been refilling ice manually and ice dispenser works great. The refrigrator is spacious and I like the side by side doors. Good work LG :), stainless steel is the way to go.

All fridges that dispense water ought to have a lever to turn on a Constant Flow of water. Having to press this tab in and hold for 5 min to get a gallon of aqua is tiresome. The fridge is quiet. Delivery was superb. Having a ledge for larger water bottles is essential. You can stub your toe when you open the twin doors. I also prefer handles over the horizontal indentation.
