I went with this fridge because it was honestly the only one available that took the same water filter as the one we were replacing. The layout was similar but yet completely different. So this part is all preference to me but i dont like it. Basically this is a basic fridge. The shelves are supposed to be able to be adjusted but there is actually not adjustability as the side parts that stick out to hold the shelves are only available where they chose it to be which is where the shelves currently rest. The model we had before had the ability to adjust all shelves as needed. But for this one all shelves are evenly placed apart and the shelves are longer so the bottom shelv is harder to read the back of the shelf because of this. The door shelves are also not adjustable and the very bottom door shelf is removed in this model. Instead the bottom drawer is made longer but if you dont open the door all the way open then you cant even open the bottom drawer. The drawers also do not go all the way to the back of the fridge like in our older model. For the freezer side, spacing is the same as older models. But the ice just doesnt keep up. We've always had to use the ice plus mode from time to time but with this model you have to pres ice plus pretty much every time it turns off because it never fully fills up the ice so we are always running out which is disappointing because our separate ice maker finally went out after getting this fridge. The ice maker also must fill up with a fairly high powered stream of water because there is always frozen water drops on the ice box. This model only has one drawer in the freezer whereas older models had two. I'm used to keeping my freezer set to -6 and my friedge to -32 but this model only goes to -4 and 34. Outside of these things that bother me personally, i think the fridge does look nice. It did take some getting used to the fridge not have actual door handles like our old one. At this point weve had the fridge almost a month and it works and thats whay matters most but we will be getting a better one and putting this one in the garage once this is paid off. Thats just my two cents.

This refrigerator is everything I wanted! It’s roomy in both the refrigerator side and the freezer. The water and ice dispenser work perfectly and I like how the mechanism is on the door leaving more shelf space. Kinda surprised there wasn’t a tray under the dispenser but I easily found one on Amazon! It’s quiet too and we love the sleek design. Overall we highly recommend this appliance.

When our 18+ year old fridge went out we had to act fast. Best Buy had a good selection on the sales floor and in-stock, which was important. This LG is unique looking as it appears the freezer is on the bottom when it is actually a side by side. Because the ice maker is in the door there is a lot more room in the freezer. There are only 2 of us, so the ice production is fine for us. If you have a big family, you might need additional ice. I love the LED lights inside! They make it so much easier to locate food quickly. The circular ice maker/dispenser control is moved by touching your thumb to the objects to rotate your selection. I like that there is no removable tray on the door, so the area stays clean with a single wipe. There are also no door handles sticking out, as the handle is recessed under the door on the black strip. The cons to this model are: The top hinge sticks up and blocks us from opening the cabinet on top of it. The bottom drawer in the fridge requires you to fully open the door to get into it, and it is easy to put hand marks on the door when you touch it to close it. Overall we are happy with our choice. Our advice is to measure carefully and include the top hinge in you measurement.

Very good spacious refrigerator. It beat my expectation. (There was some issue and rescheduling with delivery of this fridge, I was told the truck was broken on the route to me at 7am, I was called at 6-45 am and silence for next 5 hrs; but it was Best Buy issue). Stainless steel with NO handles leaves no opportunity for stain to appear on this fridge versus the same stainless steel model with handles (plenty of stains where you open more frquently). Digitally adjusted temperatures for both compartments. Plenty of space for something that sold in gallons in the door itself. Two spacious fruit and vegetables chambers. Small problems: 1) you have to open the door more than 100° angle to remove the fruit and vegetables lower chamber. Otherwise, the chamber hits the back of the door. 2) the ice always tries to miss the cup does not matter how high I lift one.

Tons of space. Ice maker hasn’t given us any issues. Looks good too. The compressor can get a little loud but that could just be the way all new fridges are. I put thermometers in the fridge and freezer and the temps are right on the dot where they should be. One star dock because of the noisy compressor. If a shelf is empty it will even rattle the shelf. Will have to keep an eye on that. Otherwise it is operating as designed, is huge and stays cold.

Great fridge. A lot of room. The only thing i dont like is that the fridge door has to be completely opened to the max in order for the drawer to slide out and not hit. Weird deaign but overall its a beautiful fridge. Especially if you do the print proof. Decent price also. Works like a charm. Nice beeping noise if it is accidently left open. Spacious Interior: plenty of room for a large family's weekly groceries. The layout is efficient, and the shelves are adjustable, which makes it easier to fit larger items. Temperature Consistency: Both the fridge and freezer maintain steady temperatures. Produce stays fresh, and there's no freezer burn or frost buildup so far. Modern Look: Stainless steel finish gives it a sleek, modern look.

Beautiful fridge, sleek modern design and has way more room inside than I expected. It looked normal in store but feels like it has more space. Didnt take long at all to get cold. I love that it doesn’t have handle

I've had this fridge for about 6 weeks now, and I am disappointed. I needed a fridge urgently, and this one was available for delivery the next day and the price was right. I thought I could get past not having any handles, but I find myself missing them more and more. If you have a handful of stuff to put in, you can usually extend a pinkie finder and grab the handle. Not with this fridge. The drawers inside the fridge and freezer parts do not have handles, either, so you have to reach way under the drawer to open it. Also, the main doors have to be all the way open in order to pull the produce/deli meat doors out. I eat alot of produce, and I have noticed that since I have had this fridge, the produce is rotting quicker than with my old Kenmore. I also do not like the fact that only one shelf is adjustible. The only shelf that can fit larger items like Soda bottles is the top shelf. The middle shelf barely can fit a one gallon milk jug and I do not like to keep my milk on the door. I will probably replace this sooner rather than later and donate it to Habit for Humanity.

Purchased for a rental unit. Fridge works well. There are not 4 separate doors it only appears that way. The fridge is a nice size...a bit bulky. The Installation team was able to get it in by removing the doors. All seems to be working good so far

Have a lot of freezer space and cooler space. Ice maker is efficient.

Sleek and stylish, this fridge elevates the aesthetics of our kitchen. The water dispenser is not only convenient but also user-friendly. We are very happy and I believe it’s a very good value for money fridge!

After having a French door frig. with a lower freezer, I knew this would take some getting used to. My salesman at Best Buy explained how the side-by-side is more efficient with the icemaker and water dispenser on the freezer door. They’ve also reconfigured to give you a lot of shelving space. What I did to help me organize my freezer was get little plastic baskets from the dollar store. I’m very happy with my decision to go back to side-by-side. The other thing I like is the shape of the ice.

We've only had this fridge for about a month, but love it so far! The fridge came pre-set, so we didn't have to guess what temperature was best. Love the water and ice feature. Plenty of room for everything we buy. The pockets in the doors hold a ton of stuff (including a gallon of milk). The fridge beeps to let you know the door has been open for an extended period. Highly recommend this fridge!

Fits nicely into our small kitchen. Nice clean lines with no handles sticking out. (That took some getting used to.) Quiet. Works just fine. We love it.

The fridge has been awesome to me and my family and super light to move around to clean behind it and tons of space for groceries

My New LG Refrigerator works great as far as Cooling and Freezing. Only thing i dislike, is when i go to closing my Refrigerator Big door. The Freezer door cracks opened and everything in my freezer start frosting over.

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL refrigerator and for the money and quality was just such a steal and we got it on sale. Very very happy with the purchase!! Guys who came out were super nice and professional as well. It is a large one so I would just recommend you measuring your space if you have a refrigerator cut out. Highly recommend
