I would also not recommend LG as their customer service has gone down drastically. I have called several times regarding our water issue and have done what they recommended (change the water line to a pex line) and it didn't change the taste. I started the calls from the onset of getting our fridge. Recently I called back and it was promised that a supervisor would call me back. It has been a week and still no call. They previously told me they would send a tech out to check on our water dispenser and they did not follow through on that. I will not be purchasing an LG appliance again. Our old fridge was an LG and had great success with Geek Squad as that fridge had challenges with the ice maker (it ended up being a recall situation). I figured it was safe to go with LG again however I was wrong.

Able to fit everything in that my old 28 cubic French door Samsung held. I can also find things in the freezer now it’s not buried in the bottom. Hopefully the icemaker will last more than 2 or 3 years unlike my Samsung frig, broke right away

The only 2 downsides for us are the ice maker and the water dispenser. Seems slow in making ice and ice chips are small. Water bottles don't fit in dispensing area and if you hold bottle too close the water will miss bottle. Other than that, it is an awesome refrigerator.

A no thrill purchase

I like the simplistic design, no handles, easier to clean. I’m glad I didn’t insist on the cabinet depth size to replace my old one. It would have costed more and less capacity. It’s a no-thrill model for a fair price. I got exactly what I wanted.

Streamline appearance with no raised handles on the doors. All the shelves have plenty of space in height, width, and depth. Same for the shelves on the door. Freezer has plenty of capacity and shelves make it easier to find stuff.
