The only problem i have is the ice maker too small and make ice very slow. You can only have about 4 glass of ices when the ice maker is full Therefore, i only give 3 stars. Just got it less then one month and not sure how long this LG will last.

It did have error codes start appearing above the ice dispenser shortly after being plugged in. Its a shame to have to call a service man the same day, your fridge is being installed. all in all, i enjoy it.

Waterline broke

They keep sending wrong part 3 times and they came 3 times to install it. Finally they told me to go to homedepot or Lowe’s to order the part. I refused to go extra mile to fix their errors. It has been one month still no water or ice on the fridge

I've had the refrigerator for 9 months and last month the dispenser got stuck and the water just kept dripping. Water everywhere, they came and fixed worked well until about five days ago. Now, it is doing the same thing. And, now they don't want to fix it.

New Water Kit

The Issue is that the installers Never Gave Me The New Water Kit for return for Credit to BB. Made many attempts to contact BB with no avail.

Ice maker in the door and the freezer is great. The door-in-door still keeps things nice and cold, but also makes it more convenient for the things I use most often. The layout is great, lots of room for everything. Very quiet when running - important since the kitchen and family room are one big room.
