we bought this fridge during the black friday special, but I have done tons of research beforehand. I also had bestbuy deliver and install the fridge. the people they sent out were courteous and took great care to make sure my appliances were in pristine condition and showed me how to use the fridge. I love the door in door feature and use the instant view door often since I can see the majority of the fridge from the window. this is my first French door fridge, but I already enjoy the wide double door opening and the freezer bottom holds frozen pizza, meats in the bottom tray with plenty of space and the top shelf has so much space as well for frozen veggies, fruits and icecream. the dual icebox doesnt really hold a lot of ice and that's pretty much my only issue, albeit small in my opinion. also it has wifi, but I'm not sure how to get that going yet or why that would be useful :) I would recommend this fridge to anyone.

I picked up this refrigerator as a replacement for a Samsung which was pretty basic and where the ice maker stopped working. Having dual ice makers in this model is a great benefit and I never seem to run out of ice when I need it. The knock window visibility is a nice feature but not something I use very often. The doors open and shut easily and don’t require a lot of force with either motion. Overall, a great refrigerator that I’m glad I purchased.

Love the color!!! Nice amount of room. Only downfall is the left side door closes " Hard". I think it's just heavier cause of ice maker in door. Love the door within the door:-)

I totally love this refrigerator. Bought it based on reviews and they are accurate. I give this fridge 5 stars because of the roominess within the refrigerator section and the freezer section. Also a real plus is the double ice maker. Have yet to run out of ice. If the top runs out, I have the bottom one to draw from.

this fridge, is super easy to handle it, I love the color, easy to clean, super quiet and room enough, for my food. easy to clean, and the small door is super easy for my kid to grab only the necessary, and I love the chance to lock to prevent little hands to play with the screen. Claudia

Love this refrigerator. Had a side by side and now have the french doors. I love it so much better. The light inside is great too! And the door in door has a lot of space for the most used items. My other favorite thing is the dual ice makers, one in the door and one in the freezer.

I like the fridge overall. I love the fact it has two ice-makers and was the big reason behind getting the upgraded model with the window in it. The window that you can knock on to turn on a light inside is an un-necessary feature, but I really wanted the two ice-makers. There is the one in the door and another in the bottom freezer drawer. The bottom freezer drawer is kind of small, but works for me because I have a stand up deep freezer as well in my garage. If I didn't have the additional deep freezer, I may have reconsidered a French Door Style unit. I love the color as I am not a fan of regular stainless. The black stainless is very sharp looking. Overall, I am happy with the purchase based on the options that I wanted, and the fact that I have additional freezer storage space.

Great so far. Looks good and concerns about glass were for nothing. Still private inside so out mess is out of plain site. Good storage set up. Lots of room. Freezer good size with easy access too. Double ice makers is a great concept. Always have ice now! App is more toy than helpful so far but we will see. If there is a downside it is then glide drawer that needs both main Refridgeration doors opened to access. We seem to use this drawer a lot and found this out by now having to open both doors fully to get access. That is our only downside from a 5 star review

We wanted to update the look in our kitchen and the black stainless was very stylish and easy care. We love the door in door feature, and the pull out drawer freezer is a plus for me. I love this appliance!

It's early on (two weeks), but love this refrigerator. Great features that include a smudge resistant exterior (haven't seen a smudge on it yet), a tap to view light for the quick access window, a seamless box for the ice/water dispenser that should help to keep calcium deposits at bay, and a second ice maker in the freezer that will be great for parties and outings. There's more, but you get the idea. To be sure, this is not a cheap refrigerator but, up to this point, it's been worth every cent!

It is perfect plenty of room. The in door drink center prevents the grand kids from fanning the fridge door. Also the wifi is nice so u can track temps and that there is plenty of ice.

I bought this as an open box, so the price was great. It has great space and roomy. The extra door is great so you dont have to open the whole door for a milk or something small... The filter is small so does not take lots of room, and it has 2 ice bocket, 1 on the fridge door, which is not taking space in the fridge area and 1 in the freezer....

We got this as a “Christmas Gift” for our kitchen and it is a great fridge. It has an icemaker/dispenser in the door and another icemaker in the freezer section to supply our holiday gatherings with plenty of ice! It’s very spacious with adjustable shelves and the door within the door is awesome for frequently used condiments, water bottles and sodas.

Works great, really like the small door to get the smaller things out. Only problem is the light is too sensitive so whenever any noise is around it the light comes on.

We bought this fridge because our other fridge died. The previous owners of the house left their fridge with the sale of the house and the cabinets were built around that fridge. So, we had to get a fridge with the same dimensions to fit in the recess. This one fit perfectly. It also keeps our food cold, you know, like it's doing it's sole purpose. I do have to say, that the window that lights up when you tap it twice is a gimmick. We rarely tap on it to make the light come on. The kitchen lights are bright enough to see through the window. So don't buy this just because it has a window and a light that turns on when you tap it twice. Most fridge manufacturers will have some kind of gimmick that will set themselves apart from others. Our friends bought a fridge with 4 doors; so the bottom isn't a drawer like this, but you can make the bottom right corner a fridge, and just have the bottom left corner as a freezer; and that's just that manufacturers gimmick.

have a height limitation that restricted the number of brands that were acceptable. The LG refrigerators have a shorter width of top hinge area that allowed me to slide the refrigerator deeper into the opening. I like the door in door feature and the ice maker location.

Got this LG fridge as an open box buy. Way better than one I would have bought. Runs very quiet. The door in door is something I didn’t think we’d use but we do use it. Delivery guys were very thorough and careful . Very pleased so far

This refrigerator has an additional ice bin in the freezer which holds lots of ice. The door in door is very handy for items you access often. I love the black stainless steel.

I Love the design Of this appliance. It seems to be very energy efficient. I like the ice maker. The controls are easy to understand. The installation and service was very good

Love this refrigerator, plenty of storage space & bonus ice maker in freezer bottom. Also makes great crushed ice. Smudgeproof too
