The ice maker is nice as you can use ice plus to make ice faster for a bigger household using lots of ice.

I had always wanted more room for my 9X13 casserole dishes and I finally have the refrigerator that holds it and so many other containers . I am so happy with my new purchase. It took at least 48 hours for the ice maker to make enough ice. But it is now working perfectly.

I was surprised at the amount of space that we had in there. I use a lot of ice and I like the size of the ice cubes. They are not large and not the long ones that I had in my old refrigerator. The water dispensing speed is also nice with good amount of pressure in the spray.

French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Ice and Water. HOWEVER, I am VERY disappointed with the installation! I was told at the time of purchase that it came with full installation. When it arrived, the technicians set it up, but were inadequately prepared to attach the water supply for the ice and water dispenser. First, the hose they brought was too short to connect to the water pipe in my basement - which, in actuality, was only about 4 feet away through a hole in the floor. Second, they tried to splice the new hose into an old connection hose that hadn't been used in 10 years. Not surprisingly, it didn't work. They told me I would need to call in a plumber to do the hook up. This was NOT the "full installation" I was promised! I don't believe I should be responsible to hire a plumber, at my own expense! I should have been told AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE that a plumber (and subsequent expense) would be MY responsibility. I tried calling Best Buy Customer Service, and was told that they would NOT be sending someone to complete the installation, and that I should call a plumber. I responded with the above comments, and they said they would talk to a manager who would get back to me at a later time. THEY DID NOT. I believe the promise of "full installation" is fraudulent. As soon as I am able, I'm going to go to the place of purchase to register an official complaint and see if they're willing to rectify the problem. I am not hopeful.

I love the space in this refrigerator we ended up with a slightly smaller one it too was spacious. It is very attractive and smudge free, It also has duo ice makers. The one on the door is slim and space saving, allowing you sufficient storage space. I chose standard size instead of counter depth and I'm so glad I did.

So that was a huge pain. But now we have a working one this one is fantastic. Plenty of space, easy to change filter. Ice maker does good. It’s a solid option.
