    It's what we expected. We can't review ice maker as installers were not allowed to connect it to our existing copper line. The guys were efficient and friendly and didn' break anything...so better than most.

    We liked this fridge in general but it was dimly lit with only one light at the top. We ended up returning it.

    Very loud slamming doors , ice maker stops up all the time and not much storage do not buy this product and Best Buy only gives you 15 days to return product terrible company

    Refrigerator works just right for the price point. Just a few missteps on this unit, the freezer does not generate ice cubes and only dispenses from the frontal water dispenser. Shelf sizing is standard but bad design regarding use of space. Otherwise, it does its job and generally an OK product for simple use.

    This is the second LG Refrigerator we have purchased. The first we had to have to compressor & icemaker replaced. We then had trouble with the freezer. By now it was outside the warrenty. We bought another LG to replace the old one. We did this to keep all the appliences matching. The new LG refrigerator has a problem with the water filter. Have had Best Buy out twice. The first tech. said I needed to buy the filter from Best Buy. Which I did. I request to have one of their techs install it. He came out and could not get the filter installed. He said the refrigerator needed to be replace and he had to call customer service. He went out to the front yard to call customer service. He then got into his truck and drove off. I called Best Buy and they didn't have any idea what was going on. They then told me I had to call LG. At his point I told them they would have to call. Whick they did I'm on hold now for the second time. (got cut off the first time).

    Really pretty, large on the inside, sleek and shiny on the outside. I love it signals when the refrigerator has been opened too long or a door isn’t close all the way. It’s NEW and Fancy.

    Beware of cooling issues

    Bought this fridge in June 2023 along with a 5 year Geek squad warranty. In June 2024 my ice maker stopped working and was getting IF E erorrs on the display. Geek squad came out and determined the cooling fan needed to be replaced. They came back out a week later to fix. Then in Late September my fridge stopped cooling (52 degrees) and tons of food spoilage. Sears had to come out for 3 attempts at repairs. In the end they believed they needed to replace the compressor fan however the first part they ordered didn’t work as expected. The second time they came out they said they were going to order a few different parts and the appt wasn’t for another 3 weeks. Come to find out they never ordered the parts. I called Best Buy and after some research and investigation they provided the best customer service and approved an exchange. So while I will never buy an LG fridge again, I highly recommend the the geek squad protection plans as it covers food spoilage and repair costs and depending on the circumstance, an exchange. Also a big shout out to Best Buy customer service for providing an excellent customer experience. It is because of their service I keep buying from Best Buy.

    Nice fridge. Was A little disappointed with ability to move shelving. But already returned one side by side fridge which didn’t fit so felt wierd about changing again. Freezer is huge.
