    I bought this out of box. Never again. I could get it delivered faster but it would take two days, one to deliver, one to hook up or I could wait longer to get it all in one day. It's a refrigerator, it had to be done all in one day. The wrong handles were sent, it's taken me an additional almost 4 weeks after delivery to get that rectified. I've been given misinformation nearly every time I called. It's been an extremely frustrating process.

    This fridge is louder than a 30 year old pop machine in a high school cafeteria. You can hear it running from 2 miles away. I cannot believe how loud it is. Love the fridge aside from how annoyingly loud it is.

    very bad experience with LG the refridgerator was making too much noise as if a inverter generator was running constantly while water was connected when th water was disconnected it went a down a bit bur=t was still making noise Water quality was bad too inspite of we changed the filter

    The fridge itself is fine. The Customer Service is horrible when it came to the free delivery and installation. The delivery was fine until it came time for them to install my fridge. The attachment was too short, replacement they sent was again too short, finally got the correct part and their service team refused to complete the installation because of the routing to my water valve was behind a few cabinets. Which the first and 2nd team did not mention would be an issue. The 3rd team that came spoke very little English. The Customer Service lady they had call me basically said I was out of luck, hire a plumber, said have a great day, and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

    Was charged for delivery even though salesman promised free delivery. Also, delivery people wouldn't place old frig by the road for garbage pickup without charging $60.

    When I purchased this refrigerator, I was told that I had two icemakers after receiving it and having it for 24 hours, I realized it only had one icemaker I subsequently had to get it exchanged and pay more money not a happy camper
