This fridge was dented when they delivered it. I decided to have the door replaced by the "geek squad" the guy dropped by 3 times to install the new door incorrectly. Now I can't get a replacement. I'm never buying anything through best buy again.

Interesting I stalation experience!!

The technicians never tightened the door handles. They fell off a few hours after they left and we had to install them correctly! They never told me it can take 24 hours for the ice machine to work. I called 6 hours after it was installed and was told they would replace my refrigerator instead of telling me to give it a few hours!’
