The technicians never tightened the door handles. They fell off a few hours after they left and we had to install them correctly! They never told me it can take 24 hours for the ice machine to work. I called 6 hours after it was installed and was told they would replace my refrigerator instead of telling me to give it a few hours!’

The handles for all the doors feel a tiny bit loose but that may be the design. Sometimes it looks as if a bit of water is coming out from the water dispenser when not in use. Overall the fridge is lovely. The delivery process was also smooth

When it was delivered we ran into an issue with the fact that the water dispenser would not work properly. Otherwise I would have given it a 5-Star Rating. Now, the service afterwards to get the dispenser fixed was a 10-Star!! Great people who communicated everything with us and ordered the parts in a timely manner. Worked with us and our schedules to get the problems resolved! A+++. Thank you GeekSquad!!
