    Received the fridge 3/9/24, and the freezer fan stopped working on 4/11/25 (13 months of use and outside of their 1 year warranty). Quite unreasonable for a nearly $2,000 appliance that we've only used for a year - in our kitchen (not even in a garage or any extreme conditions). FF E error code started several months ago. LG's website recommends unplugging/plugging back in. Error code eventually returned after trying a couple times until the unit stopped working altogether (this just so happened to be after the 1 year warranty was up). It is spacious, I do like the look, and mostly did its job for 1 year. Unfortunately, we purchased this item to keep our food and drinks cold and frozen, and it no longer does that - so 0 stars. Cannot recommend.

    Dont buy LG Refrigerator

    Do not buy an LG refrigerator. There have been a few class action law suits and I am going to be joining one soon. After only 5 years the compressor as is almost always the case has failed. We lost about $500.00 worth of food which included food in the freezer. Repair plus food is over $1000.00. Do not rely on Best Buy review. Do your homework and save yourself aggravation and a lot of money in the future. Unconscionable that they put these products out there

    Door rattles loudly

    The right side door rattles extremely loudly since day 1. We can hear it throughout the house as it shakes all of the contents in rhe door. LG sent someone to repair it and said there was nothing they could do. LG refused to fulfill the warranty. Considering the $2k+ we paid for this unit, we are very disaapointed in the noise level. The old fridges from the 90s are silent compared to this thing. Would not reccomend this unit or any LG fridge.

    Nice fridge

    Lots of room, tall water dispenser is a plus, the ice maker is on the door not in the fridge, hence lots of room. Does it's job, freezes stuff and keeps things cold. Time will tell on reliability.

    All good until it is not. Regfirgerator has been used less than 2 years. Ice maker fan is bad. LG service wants $450 simply to schedule and will not ship part. Sum=decent refrigerator. Horrible customer service.

    Love this item but unfortunately it is being replaced with a new one. Freezer door was cracked, top doors don’t line up and water comes out room temperature. Looking forward to the new one

    Larger than my old refrigerator but ice maker is smaller and not as efficient. Shelf configuration can be a challenge.

    Purchased 08/2023 and here we are not even 2 years later with an error code that LG wont cover under their "5Year Manufacturer Warranty". I will never buy an LG appliance again. My Ice maker snd water will not dispense nor will the fridge cool to normal temp. Typical international CRAP

    Stainless steel is fake laminated

    Bought this refrigerator just two years ago and the stainless steel has a clear finish that starts to decolor. Called for warranty and they say its cosmetic. For a $2,500 when bought you would expect high quality but its not the case. Stay away from LG appliances. I will never buy LG again. Bring a magnet if youre going to purchase an expensive stainless steel appliance, if the magnet sticks to it, its cheap laminated and it will give you problems. I added pictures so people can see how it looks like after just 2 years

    Last only 6 yrs - Dead compressor

    Even though compressor is under warranty, Labor cost almost $800 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never buy LG refrigerator !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
