Best refrigerator we have had. Plenty of space. So far so good

I needed to replce an 8 1/2 year old Samsung refrigerator tha quit making ice and periodically leaked significant amounts of water. I research many brands and settled on this LG model. No more Samsungs! It had large capacity with all the features I was looking for (ice and water access from door). Although I’ve only had it a week, I am very pleased. The capacity and design (moveable shelves) are excellent! It was a very good choice for me.

Best Buy delivered the refrigerator but could not install it. I should of have known but was never told to turn off the water value prior to the delivery. Did everything on the checklist that Best Buy asked of me except for the one (major) thing. Spoke Customer Service which she indicated that the Sales person should of mentioned it. It would be nice to add it to the checklist so I hope Best Buy includes it for future buyers. A week later (due to my scheduling conflicts), the refrigerator got installed. This different crew were professional even though they were on a time crunch. Overall, the refrigerator had plenty of storage. I downloaded the app for see what features it had which was OK. The app shows number of times the freezer/refrigerator doors got opened, control the temperatures remotely and other so so things.

When our refrigerator freezer stopped working and not repairable, we went shopping. Best Buy had the most selections on the floor. Their appliance personnel was awesome, knowledgeable and helped us get the one we chose ordered. We were kept updated & informed as to delivery time. Delivery & setup were done efficiently & professionally. We are really enjoying our new LG Thin Q Black Stainless Steel Refrigerator/Freezer! Thank you Best Buy!

+: Spacious -: The water dispenser releases water with excessive force, causing splashing -: Ice dispenser is limited to about 2 full cups until it's made again. (have not tried PLUS mode)

We ordered our LG Refrigerator on a Wednesday and it was delivered promptly and smoothly on that Friday. We LOVE our new refrigerator, especially the water and ice feature...as well as the separate drawer for lunch meat and cheeses. The accessibility AND ability to see everything is wonderful! Spacious and beautiful, what more could we want?!

Buying online was simple and easy. The water hookup was easy enough and it fit perfectly in my kitchen. The storage capacity is exactly what I needed and the smooth opening and closing of the drawer and doors is a plus. I downloaded the app and can see the energy consumption and how many times I open the fridge. The ice maker works great and has enough ice storage that we’ve never run out. The design is sleek and simple and easy to clean. I love my new LG fridge and couldn’t be happier.

The fridge is good, works well and is quiet. The organization of the shelving is not ideal, but it does have good capacity.

LG Refrigerator: We recently purchased an LG refrigerator, and it’s been working great! It cools efficiently, runs quietly, and the interior layout is practical and spacious. So far, it’s meeting all our needs, and we’re very satisfied with the performance and design. LG Dishwasher: We also purchased an LG dishwasher at the same time. While we haven’t used it yet, the installation was smooth and it looks sleek and well-built. We’ll update our thoughts once we’ve had a chance to run a few cycles and see how it performs.

They guys who delivered it were great and very nice! They were also very helpful with explaining everything about it to! But putting it together was very easy and pretty self explanatory. You dont need any additional tools it come with everything you need and if you get the app it will remind you when to hange your water filter and air filter. (Mine didnt come with the air filter and i dont really know if it needs one or not.)

Great refrigerator. Bought it as a replacement for the kitchen. Refrigerator portion is quite roomy. Has plenty of space for everything. I laugh because my last unit stayed full all the time, you open this one it looks like I’m starving over here. The freezer portion is also quite spacious. I was used to having shelves in my freezer but I’m getting to learn how to best stock my frozen foods. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade,

The delivery and the set up was fast and easy. We love our new refrigerator. The refrigerator is great and has lots of room!

Only have had this refrigerator for 2 months but so far so good. The installers were great. It was a tight fit to get in my door but they accomplished it without a scratch. Fridge has a lot of room and fits everything my old Samsung did with room to spare.. we recommend this.

Crushed Ice, Cubed Ice and Filtered water dispenser. Large pull out freezer, Reminds you to rotate your food supplies meats, fruits, vegetables condiments, whatever you decide to place in it with experation dates. Saves you on bottled water. Good Energy Star rating worth the money. Smart Refrigerator.

I am very satisfied with my new refrigerator purchased from Best Buy two months ago. Everything works perfectly according to specs. It fits comfortably in the available space and meets my storage needs for a family of four. Features that I particularly like is that it is energy efficient with built-in freezer drawers.
