I got this item for my mom as a Christmas gift and she loves it.

Excellent product! It is exactly what I expected. I am enjoying this refrigerator/freezer.

I've had LG appliances before, but not a refrigerator. Its quality and design is typical of my previous LG experiences. We replaced a similar feature 4 year old KitchenAid refrigerator and my wife prefers the LG, especially the shelf design and interior space. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a French Door style refrigerator. I also got a great price during the President's Day sale at Best Buy!

Works great. Only problem was getting it installed properly. The first install team missed the kinked plastic hose on the back of the unit which prevented water from flowing as it should. The second install team helped me find the kinked hose and repair it. Now water and ice flow like they should.

So far, so Good. Excellent item as far as I can tell after two weeks. Product is cosmetically damaged, Best Buy said not worries, exchange it or take 10% off purchase price. Definitely recommend however, PREMEASURE space. This is a big system, good, but big.

This fridge is amazing. Very big and just overall runs fantastic. Great purchase.

They guys who delivered it were great and very nice! They were also very helpful with explaining everything about it to! But putting it together was very easy and pretty self explanatory. You dont need any additional tools it come with everything you need and if you get the app it will remind you when to hange your water filter and air filter. (Mine didnt come with the air filter and i dont really know if it needs one or not.)

I love how I have the option to have crushed or regular ice cubes. The refrigerator is very spacious. I like the option to have a ice tray in the freezer. If you want the automatic ice maker in the freezer, you will need to purchase the refrigerator with this option.

So far I love it. It has so much more room than a side-by-side, which is what I replaced. HOWEVER, when purchasing this the salesman, and the deliveryman both told us that it has two icemakers, one in the bottom freezer, as well as in the top door. IT DOES NOT as we found out. When you purchase, if you are wanting a model with two icemakers it would be prudent for someone to squat down low and look underneath to see if there is an icemaker. I only found out AFTER it was delivered and waiting a couple of days for the bucket underneath to fill. When it did not, I got on my hands and knees to examine and found out that what the salesman and the deliveryman had told me was not true. This was not a dealbreaker for me, but it might be for you. BEST BUY needs to know their product better.

Have been enjoying our new fridge very much. It is roomy and cools/freezes very well. It's very quiet. Very happy with the storage in the freezer and the ice and water dispenser. It has met our need perfectly.

The problems with the refrigerator started from the very beginning. The Best Buy delivery guys were the best. Professional, knowledgeable and the installation process was a breeze. When I purchased the refrigerator I was told it has a dual ice maker. It isn't, but that was the least of the problems. 2 hours after the installation, the freezer is at 0 but the refrigerator is not getting cold. I hear the compressor running, it's blowing cool air, not cold. I wait 2 more hours and it is still not cold, so I call LG customer service and end up somewhere in Asia. I can barely understand the representative and she appears to have a hard time understanding me. She says it takes 24-48 hours for the ice maker to start making ice. I knew that from reading the owner's manual and again I tell her I'm calling about the refrigerator not getting cold. She says it can take 24-48 hours for it to reach proper temperature. She suggests I take all the food out and wait 48 hours What?? Never heard of such a thing. This particular model does not tell you what the inside temperature is so I purchase a thermometer and now 8 hours after the install it is at 50 degrees. The next morning I get up and there is a fault code. IF E and the refrigerator is at 30 degrees even though I have it set at 37. The compressor is constantly running I call customer service. Same communication problem. It is Tuesday and we are leaving to go on vacation on Thursday. The representative says they will send a repairman on Friday. I explain to her that I am leaving on Thursday and I need a repairman on Wednesday. She says it's impossible. I ask to speak to a supervisor. She puts me on hold and after 10 minutes she said someone will call me back within 24 hours. No one ever called. The next day the fault code is gone and it's making ice. We go on vacation On Friday a big box from LG is delivered to the house. I have a neighbor pick it up. On Monday a repairman arrives. I tell him from my ring doorbell we are not home and was never informed anyone was coming. When we return from vacation, I open the box and it is a whole new ice maker door panel. Clearly LG is aware of this problem, why else would they just send a new replacement part before a repairman even takes a look at it. Now it's making a funny noise. I'm done. It has to go. I go to Best Buy, explain what happened and immediately I'm told to pick another model, which I do. A whirlpool. LG makes great TVs, but they do have issues with their refrigerators. LG customer service was the worse. Best Buy's service was the Best. If I had bought it somewhere else, and they wouldn't take it back, i am positive it would just be one problem after another.

I'm very happy with my refrigertor from best buy !It work perfectly and the installation service at my home was excellent .Great experience overall

I love my refrigerator it’s has the space I need and severe what I want. Right size and space

I purchased this frig along with 3 other LG appliances to redo my kitchen and couldn't be happier. The water and ice in the door is great and the ice maker does not take up room in the frig. It's quiet and there is a lot of room in both the frig and freezer

Love it! So much more room and easier access to things in the freezer. The dispenser system is so much nicer and easier to use than the whirlpool that came with our house.

11 years ago, we purchased this same refrigerator with a different model #. No problems for 11 years (not even with the icemaker) except when it was hit by lightning. This one is almost identical, so we bought it. The buying experience at Best Buy could not have been better and no one could beat the deal that was offered. It works great and we are very happy.
