    We love it. It roomy, well lit, great door shelves and my wife finds the freezer drawer so easy to open. The water/ice dispenser works so easily and I can monitor the refrigerator from my phone.

    So I Purchased the floor model of this refrigerator. When I was in the store it had no marks, dents or scratches. When it was delivered to my house, there was a huge dent and several scratches on the door. I told the Best Buy delivery team that I was not happy with the product and that I wanted a different one. They were terrific and said no problem. I was called a short time later by Best Buy customer service who apologized for the damaged item and stated that they would be delivering, a replacement refrigerator two days later. I Received an email the following day saying that it would be three days later. The Delivery date came and I received another email that morning saying that the delivery was canceled. I called Best Buy customer service and was told that replacements are not done that way and that I would have to go back to the store to see if there was another floor model available. And that if there weren't any available then they would send me a brand new refrigerator. I asked why would I have to go to Best Buy twice to purchase a product that came to me defective from their end. I was told that is the way the process is done. I had no choice but to go back to the store around 30 minutes after the phone call and explained the situation to Customer service there. They apologized and told me that Best Buy customer service should have just replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one and that It wasn’t necessary for me to come back to the store. The store then replaced my item and I had to wait four more days to receive the refrigerator. For each delivery date that I was given by Best Buy I had to Use vacation time from work To wait for the products that sometimes never came and I wasn’t given any kind of discounts or anything for my troubles. I can see why customers nowadays order mostly through Amazon. The refrigerator is terrific, but the customer service and the shopping experience was horrible

    We are happy with this refrigerator. There was an issue with the freezer door and handle upon delivery, but that was resolved fairly quickly. Everyone, the sales person, the delivery men and the repair person were very personable and did a great job! The only thing we are slightly disappointed in is the shelves on the doors are not adjustable, but this was something that we just did not notice when purchasing and have adapted to it.

    Had to have service come back to hook up waterline since it wasn't done on delivery even though I paid to have it done when purchased. Now the compressor is no good and it needs to be replaced. I now feel like I paid full price for a refurbished refrigerator.

    This is our first LG frig. Great frig. Ice maker in the door, so clears up more inside the frig. Would have been 5 stars, but there is no way to cancel annoying door alarm.

    I HATE the water and ice in the door features and how much room they steal from the inside door storage. This model has the on the top freezer shelf (where it melts less than it does on the door) and a little water station just inside the fridge door. That gives me back enough room on the door to store almost 24 bottles of water or whatever.

    So far so good. Makes ice quickly. Very quiet unless you use the setting to increase ice production which hums.
