Love the space, love the outside availability to water and ice. Great deal especially with children!!!

Delivered on time and installed in a professional manner. It is well designed. Like the ice maker in the door.

I ordered this refrigerator in Feb of '25. It was delivered and the water dispenser would not work. The delivery guy called in for a repair. Before they'll send out a repairman, they first have to send new installers to make sure it's been installed correctly. Visit #2 with installers - they tell me it was installed fine and but my water pressure is low and that I need a plumber. Called a plumber, paid $150 for house visit, and my water pressure is fine. By this time we've already realized the ice dispenser is working, still not water. They schedule with Geek Squad for repair. Visit #3 - they can't figure out what's wrong and recommend a new refrigerator. A week later (after I've pulled out all the food and dragged it to the now garage refrigerator), I receive a second new refrigerator - Visit #4. Yet another interruption to my work day and another day with strangers in my home--albeit kind strangers. They install the new fridge and, guess what? The water dispenser doesn't work. Then, would you believe I have to go through the same process? Visit #5 - a big fat waste of time as they send a new group of installers to confirm that it was installed correction (it was), then Visit #6 - a new Geek Squad repair guy. We're talking 5-7 days between each of these visits. #6 Geek Squad guy can't figure it out, so he calls LG and lo and behold there's a KNOWN issue with the control panel for this water dispenser. This ONE call could have saved me a month in headaches! #6 guy orders the part and a week later Visit #7, repair guy has it fixed in 5 minutes. I spent $150 for a plumber, $30 for a Brita to use in the meantime, and over the course of a month had 7 Best Buy visits for a KNOWN issue. Honestly, I was thinking the whole time, it's just one of those things and no ones fault, but that was the final straw. I called Best Buy and request a discount on my appliance for all the time and money I was out during this whole mess. I won't get into the details, but they offered me an amount that did not seemed fair. I gave them my minimum and they said it was too high for their department, but if I went to the store directly they would take that amount off the price that I owed (purchased on BB credit and was waiting to have it resolved before I paid it off). Having that gut feeling that it was too good to be true, I asked the agent, "Am I going to have to tell this whole drawn-out story again and try to convince them, or are you telling me that it will be there in the notes and all they have to do is pull it up and then issue the discount?" She told me yes, it would be in the notes, the exact amount. I drove 30 minutes to my nearest store, no notes in my account. No mention of the discount I was promised. Complete waste of time. I just called them again today, they have the notes and I've requested they listen to the phone call. I now have to wait 5-7 days for them to decide if they're going to approve my discount or not. What a nightmare. At least the water dispenser is now working. I'm always skeptical when an original part has to be replaced though so keeping my fingers cross that it doesn't flake out on me. We drink a lot of water in our house and wanted to stop buying bottled, so this was the main reason we chose to buy a new fridge in the first place.

This is a really nice refrigerator. It has adequate freezer and refrigerator space. The only reason it isn’t receiving 5 stars is the ICE Maker. The indoor ice maker is small. The cubes that are produced are small and they aren’t produced quickly enough. The suggestion to store ice in freezer is a good idea accept the maker doesn’t produce it fast enough to make this practical.

The refrigerator met our expectations. We like the two drawer freezer, it enables us to find food that might be covered up by the other type of freezer door. The small footprint for the ice maker, helps leave more room for the other items. I highly recommend this model.to other refrigerator buyers.

This refrigerator is better than advertised. It is very quiet. The ice cubes are not large, but cocktail size. The inside is very spacious. One of my better purchases.

This refrigerator is so spacious and sleek. The right side door shelves hold so much more than my old refrigerator. I really like having the double freezer as well. It makes it so easy to organize everything. The delivery and install was right on time and I am really happy with this purchase.

We had an earlier version of essentially the same refrigerator with which we were very satisfied. We were therefore delighted to be able to get much the same model so easily at Best Buy. The sales person was extremely helpful pointing out differences among the numerous refrigerators we looked at and helped us conclude that this particular model would best serve our needs. We have been very pleased with it in every respect.

It is beautiful, very easy to use, and even the icemaker makes more ice than we need which is a welcome feature. The icemaker is also easily accessible and a container is provided for excess ice. Love having the 2 freezer drawers on the bottom. This is a very large refrigerator and at this point it is not full. We are getting use to using the two doors and find that things don't get lost in the fridge.

LOOKS BEAUTIFUL , I HAD A SIDE BY SIDE AND WITH THE FRENCH DOORS WE HAVE SO MUCH ROOM IN THE FRIDGE NOW AND EVERYTHING IS VISIBLE . LOVE THE DEEP DOOR SHELVES FOR QUICK DRINKS AND FREQUENTLY USED CONDIMENTS . THE FREEZER IS ALSO VERY ROOMY AND EASY TO ACCESS . LOVE IT.

The fridge and has nice feature. It has fresh air filter as well as water filter. Ice maker works fine but has a smaller ice storage capacity. The two freezer drawers give up capacity for a selection of frozen food. Outside it has finger print proof stainless finish. We really like the water dispenser that doesn't shoot water on the floor.

This is a nice refrigerator. I have had it a little more than a year and it's great. Except for one thing that won't be a problem for most people but I am older and do not have the hand strength to remove the water filter. I have to get someone else to do it. My old refrigerator had the filter at the bottom of the refrigerator and it popped in and out easily. That's my only complaint. The ice dispenser is a bit small so if you are a heavy ice user this might be an issue.

I really like my new fridge, more spacious and less noisy. Is very quiet and does not make any noise as my old fridge.

Better than Samsung - we had a ton of problems with a pricey Samsung. This is better! Still can get ice clogged but a better design
