Nice looking refrigerator, great storage. Love the no fingerprints

Refrigerator is everything we hoped for. Lots of storage and very sleek looking.

I love my fridge it’s cold and the ice gets really crushed we live our crushed ice also love all the space with the ice maker being in the door..

I’m 5’0”. I can’t reach the top shelves in the back so will have to lower and play with the configuration. Overall, we like the layout of storage. We often have to open both doors to access what we want. Again, we have to play with the best way to configure the shelving and placement.

It holds so much more than are old fridge. Wish it made ice a little faster.

the water dispencer in the door doesn't work.Geek Squad has come out twice, they have thrown in the towel. It super frustating to be treated this way. I am not sure what I'm to do next? plus the fridge is loud the doors swing violently and jars in the door are tossed about. it does keep food cold but the freezers are small and unlit.

I really like the new LG refrigerator, and have plenty of shelf room and with the LED lighting it's easy to find things. The two drawer design are the freezer compartment makes it easy to organize . The water and ice in the door make it very convenient so you don't have to open your fridge and lose all your cold air.

I liked the refrigerator very large, it has a lot of space and very good service in the store.

I love shopping at Best Buy. I buy everything there, my microwave, cooking range, computers, printers, etc. I am also a member of Best Buy. I know my refrigerator will last me a long time. Thank you.

We will like Freezer is divided. we like two Freezer drawer. One for Instant food, one for meet and others.

I like this fridge a lot because it is so compact and gets the job done. Looks great with the anti-finger print finish!

Great fridge. Keeps temperatures cold and made ice quickly. Only things I think that I would change are have the middle drawer be flexible between fridge and freezer, and also have a light for the bottom drawer.

Our Refrigerator was delivered on time and they brought it in the house and moved the old one to the garage. After they left we began setting it up and running water through the filter and Ice maker. We ran 6 gallons thru it and could not drink the water. I pulled the refrigerator out and disconnected the metal water line that I paid for from the refrigerator. I tasted the water with the line still connected to water source, It was horrible metal overwhelming metal taste. I removed the line and tasted the water from the source and it was fine. So I purchased a new plastic line and new filter that cost me over $70.00. Everything is great now. I will be contacting Best Buy to reimburse me for the cost. They delivered a new Range with the Refrigerator with a New power cord. While attaching the cord I found a gash that went to the bare wires. Could have been Shocked and worse had I not discovered it.

the style of this fridge is very nice, no finger prints. freezer/fridge space is just enough for a family of 5.

I am totally in love with our new LG fridge. It's all I had hoped for---very roomy interior and love that the ice maker is a slim model so it doesn't waste any space. Love the middle drawer for things I need to get out of freezer quickly. Very spacious freezer, too. Only had a little less than a. month--but absolutely love it.

I am so disappointed, not completely in the actual Refrigerator, although it was delivered with a deficient right side door. But more so in the complete lack of customer service in responding to the repair. I spent good money on this Refrigerator and it came with a deficient right side door, once you open it, the door flies open until it hits whatever can stop it. In my case, it is a wall next to the Refrigerator. I filed a warranty request and they have NEVER contacted me to actually fix it. What they have done is sent a text through AI with a Youtube on how to fix a Refrigerator door that will not seal, and then on how to fix a door that will not close, Neither of which is my problem. After sending each of those texts, they tell you to file another claim (which I have done multiple times now) and the loop seems to be never-ending. I bought 4 very high dollar appliances from them, which is really not the point, but based on the fact that they do not stand behind their products and offer ZERO help, I will never buy an LG appliance again. For reference, I bought this at the end of November and still zero resolution or actual contact from anyone who might be able to fix the problem. I am pretty sure no one wants a French-door Refrigerator where you have to hold the door open while using the Refrigerator. Which really defeats the purpose. The left side works as intended but the space in the actual Refrigerator is also very small which further complicates the problem, If you want a company that stands by its product, buy anything else. If not, this might be acceptable. i am very disappointed in the LG company.

This is the smallest refrigerator I have owned BUT I love the openness of the fridge. Ice maker is small, but it works well. The condiment baskets are small but I purchase a fridge bin to place on the shelf-problem solved. So far, extremely pleased. Recommend highly.

Great fridge. Lots of space and cools down well. The ice machine works well just keep in mind it’s not a lot of ice. It’s nice and bright and very modular
