We've had a side by side refrigerator for many years and liked it. This time we thought we'd make a change and purchased the LG with 4 french doors. We love it!! The refrigerator seems to be much roomier and the freezer also has more room for larger items. The two freezer doors makes access to items very easy. We have had this for about two months and are really happy with this purchase!

I love the roomy easy to slide drawers for the freezer and in the fridge. No fingerprints. Looks stunning. Crushes ice with ease.

I have been wanting a new refrigerator and checked out all brands at Best Buy and anywhere else I could. This is the closest to ideal that I found. It has the water and ice in the door but still has shelves for condiments. I can put a gallon of milk on the door with no problem and still have room for cream and juice next to it. The only time I hear any noise from it at all is when the ice drops into the bin. Very happy with this purchase

Replaced a similar French door fridge which I was having issues with. I am super pleased with this LG so far (about 1 month in). Everything is functioning properly, and I really enjoy the 2 drawer freezer so I am not having to dig for items that would typically be stacked in the one drawer freezer style. Ice and water work great. My only complaint would be that the door with the ice maker in it is pretty heavy and seems to slam easier.

This is my 1st fridge with built-in water filtration system. Needless to say, I was SO EXCITED to finally receive it and enjoy my new purchase! After flushing the needed amount of water (and then some!) through the water filter, my water STILL smelled and tasted like I'm drinking water from a chemistry lab. And after 2-3 minutes, my whole mouth would start burning too! Good thing I never swallowed the water, yikes! I tried a new water filter but the result was still the same. So. Because of this defect, Best Buy is replacing my fridge. Other than the faulty water line or filter, the refrigerator is absolutely awesome! I love how spacious it is, how wonderful it still looks inside and out after 2 weeks of using it. I love that I have 2 door freezer. All the compartments are easily accessible and roomy, and the deli drawer and its' adjustable temperature is wonderful! I am very happy with the fridge itself. The chemical lab water experience is what brought my rating down to 2. Hopefully the replacement fridge is going to be up to my expectations!

The Refrigerator is everything my wife was looking for in a refrigerator. The image to display is exactly the one on the upper right hand side on this page. The French doors have more storage space than our old LG. the freezer storage is easier to organize. the water has a larger opening and a large water bottle can fit with choice of cube or crushes ice. excellent product !!

I'm going to go with four stars for right now. I have only had the refrigerator a couple of weeks. It works like it should and seems to be well made. Only time will tell. This is the reason for 4 stars. If it makes it a year without issue then 5 stars it will be.

We've had our new fridge for about a month now and so far so good. We really love it. so much more space and convenience. The only slight drawback is the ice making capacity. If you have a large family the ice maker probably won't keep up. but it has a handy extra storage bin in one of the freezer drawers that we use for extra ice. Other than that we have loved it so far.

Great fridge. Had it for about 9 months now with 0 issues. Love the ice plus feature to make faster ice. Filters are super easy say to change.

Spacious and nice. No regrets. Wife is happy, everyone is happy. It was a good decision.

We love our new refrigerator! It fits in the space perfectly. It’s nice sized. I love the ice and water feature. I would recommend it as well as purchase it again in the future if I needed to.

This refrigerator is worth every penny! It has a ridiculous amount of space and nice features like an expandable/retractable rack for very large or tall items. It has gallon size storage in the doors. The led lighting is soothing to the eyes for sure as well as the brushed stainless steel doors and drawers which are easy to keep clean. And last but not least is the 10 year warranty on the compressor. Gotta love that!

We have only had this for about a month and so far we love it. We bought it to replace a smaller refrigerator. We love the amount of shelving and the collapsible shelf that makes room for taller items. Make sure that you double measure every corner of your space to see if this will fit. We had to remove the overhead cupboard because it seems that our floor is not even, so the refrigerator didn't fit in the front.

The fridge is nice, though surprisingly the freezer was smaller than our side by side fridge freezer. We like the layout better though. Best Buy over charged us by $200 on it though and then "emailed us the receipt". That is the second time that week they overcharged us by over $100 from the price they quoted. I will always require a printed receipt from now on.

This model is excellent in every way: size for our needs, smudge resistance (super easy to clean using only a soft cloth), beautiful, super efficient layout of storage in refrigerator, and freezer, in door ice dispenser. Jennifer, at Best Buy in Beaumont, CA was exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She is an asset to Best Buy (superior customer service in purchase, exchange, and delivery). We exchanged a counter depth model for this larger model. Perfect for our kitchen.

Fridg working fine.... took16 hrs before making ice, water does not enter tray immediatly, must reach 19 degrees according to a video. Wifi set up is flaky had to unplug/plug fridge to get working, its pretty worthless LG thinQ is crap, maybe there is a better app avail. The displayed temperatures , I believe are the SET values not the real values, All I can get from thin Q is ON and SET TEMPS........

This refrigerator has worked out great for us. Really like the features - the 2 large refrig doors with good space. The 2 freezer drawers, crushed and regular ice. Would buy again. Also got a great sale price.
