Bought this fridge to replace my existing one. The ice maker is better than my previous ones, no more clogging. One button to dispense ice and water is way better than the old one with separate button, that was confusing to our guests. The on the door trays are larger than the previous model, we can store bigger bottle etc. Double freezer allows us to organize our stuff better.

Its a roomy great fridge i buy it again or reccomend it

This is my second LG fridge, the first one lasted 10 years and then the condenser died. This new LG is perfect for us as the freezer is separated into two levels do that my mom does not need to bend down too much to reach the first section. Price wise no complain with 18 months interest free. Deliver and installation arrived on time and called the day before plus called that not to let us know they are coming.

The quality of this refrigerator seems high. It was delivered without blemish and in the month that we have had it, everything works as advertised with no issues. We enjoy the two-door freezer a great deal as it makes organizing and finding frozen food easy. I always worry about the ice maker feature - this one produces moderate amount of ice reliably and no fuss.

Love the refrigerator so far. Love the wide shelves in the refrigerator. Perfect size for our space. Came with a dent in the freezer drawer and a scratch on the handle but Best Buy is working on replacing those 2 items.

Not only does it look good, it's a great product! We upgraded our refrigerator from a standard side-by-side. So glad we did! The adjustable shelves and extra space to hold a sheet cake when both doors are open is great! Was hesitant about the freezer space but it's great! Just enough room to keep it organized. Its been 7 months and no issues at all. I love it!

Best fridge I have ever had. So much space, can get everything in it with no problem. Love the double freezer drawers, and everything works perfect. Get this fridge, you won't regret it.

Horrendous experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad—TotalTech is a scam. My fridge, barely over a year old, died more than THREE WEEKS before Thanksgiving, and they couldn’t fix or replace it in time for the holiday. For the $2,200 price tag, I expected much better reliability. The fact that it failed so quickly is a clear indication of poor quality, especially for a product I trusted to last much longer. My Experience I reported the issue on November 6, and the earliest appointment (with a $105 fee) wasn’t until November 14. The tech came out, said it needed a new Main Control Board, and assured me the part would arrive overnight. Fast forward to November 19, and I’m told the part still hasn’t shipped. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. On November 21 I heard back, only to be told the part is no longer available from the manufacturer, and my fridge will be replaced—except they can only offer me the Black Friday sale price, not what I paid. The icing on the cake? The earliest replacement appointment is December 5. Meanwhile, I find the part online from LG available with overnight shipping proving they lied about availability. Best Buy and Geek Squad have completely ruined my holiday and shown zero urgency or competence. Never again.

Provides good space, quiet and easy access with value

Love this new refrigerator. It’s bright has a great layout and plenty of room. I dropped a star because to access the deli drawer you need to have both doors open but it’s not a deal breaker just something to get used to.

We replaced a side by side refrigerator with this French door and it has exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room with easier access. The two freezer drawers make it more flexible. The front door ice and water are great. The refrigerator is wifi enabled and can be diagnosed via a smart phone. The fingerprint resistance is also very helpful to maintain a clean appearance. We love this refrigerator!

Awesome looking refrigerator! The left opening door takes some getting used to because the ice maker is a part of the door. We just need to be aware when letting the door close on its own the door slams shut and can be a bit startling. Overall LG did a great job with the space design. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

We love our new refrigerator! It is very handy for us to have extra ice in a separate drawer. It is easy to fill a large number of glasses quickly and easily! So much refrigerator room! Installation was efficient and done so well! We say well done Best Buy!
