The compressor on the LG is much more quiet. However it runs more often then the Samsung and has a slight high pitched sound. However I still prefer the LG. Otherwise I like the LG feature set it’s just as good as the Samsung. The one thing that is odd is on the second drawer there is no light. Also the button for the ice and water feels cheap. Overall I really like it an plan on keeping it.

Best Buy sent a new one of the same model and the water dispenser did not work on that one. I changed my order to a different brand name and model and the water dispenser worked fine. This model of fridge's water dispensers have had multiple problems according to the delivery driver.

Great refrigerator

I was told they changed the cooling method and that solved the issue. The only issue we've had was ice became stuck in the chute once and froze. We had to chop it out. Other than that the refrigerator h worked great.

The ice dump is very quiet which is bette than the Samsung this unit replaced. Overall a great refrigerator for the price.
