Compressor is making a horrible screaming noise. LG wants to charge me $500 for the repair. Don't believe their warranty. Unit must be non-functioning for the 5 year warranty to kick in. So I must either pay for the service myself or wait for it to die. Oh- and customer service is the worst.

Knowledgeable about what I was purchasing and when I asked about another item knew everything about that also. I couldn't have more pleased with the entire process. I went back a couple weeks later and purchased the television I discussed with him. He was very thorough and asked what I was looking for in a tv and provided suggestions so I could make a decision. I couldn't be happier with that purchase also.
