Nice fridge. Could amp up the ice cube mfg though.

Like the stainless steel and wifi connection. The spout to the water is forward and for smaller cups you must hold the cup forward and press the dispenser with the other hand.

We wanted 4 door refrigerator with double freezer doors, Only complaint is that top drawer was shallow than previous tray compared to 3 doors refrigerator. Thus we needed to re shuffle the items. We haven’t connected the water to ice / water dispenser.

DO NOT BUY LG! Review this and all LG models regarding compressor issues. I have had mine for 6 months and the freezer stopped working - lost roughly $400 in food. Error code is refrigerant leak in evaporator. 3 weeks for a repair person. Called LG and was told i was being escalated and I was left on hold for 2 hours. I have read nightmare stories about LG refrigerators - unfortunately it was after I bought this lemon.

As expected. Delivery was ok. Fridge needed a new handle the day of installation, but Best Buy was fast at sending me a new handle for it.

I have always been a big fan of LG. My last three refrigerators have been LG. So when my last failed after 8 years, I went for another LG. I like everything about this frig EXCEPT the balance of the doors. The door with the ice maker/water dispenser is heavy. I expect that. However, no matter how the appliance is leveled (we have had Best Buy service out to "fix" this), the door slams shut. If you have the opposing vegetable drawer open, it catches on that and it is a process to ge it loose. I expect that eventually the drawer will break. When the service people were here, they told us that that was a "design flaw" and that it was to be expected with the weight of the door. So why was the not a problem on my last LG French Door Refrigerator. Not happy and no one seems to care.

Smudge Proof is far fetched, but it's pretty to look at and spacious.

Doing a kitchen remold and finally ready to install this in a 36inch space and would not fit despite being 35 7/8. took out a level and noticed how the sides have buckles and the top on both sides curve. Went to the store and same thing. Now spending $400 to fix this issue. As for performance. It new. Motor can be loud when it kicks on for 30 sec ever couplw hours but nothing horrible. Freeze drawers do not stay open on their own. Plastic shelf has a flimsy feel to it. the handles on the door are cheap plastic and scratch easily

This is our second LG refrigerator. As with anything, they only last so long so this is a replacement for our first unit. This one is almost identical with a few added features and upgrades. If this one provides the service our first unit did, we will be very pleased! Thanks LG and Best Buy..!

So far so good. Spacious but the shelf layout isn't ideal. Not enough space for taller items.

The LG brand was recommended to me by a friend. It couldn’t be more perfect. And I love the crushed ice! I buy all of my appliances through Best Buy. Service in the store is great.... delivery and set up was great.... and the side by side refrigerator is everything I wanted!

After doing some research about different brands and their reliability, we decided on this LG model. Not only rated high by consumers reports, it had many positive reviews on line. We bought it Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning.

so far so good! Other than a dent in theupper freezer drawer @ delivery, which has been successfully replaced.check with us in a few months

Refrigerator is OK, but went through hell to get it. 78 days while LG dorked around to decide their obviously dead refrigerator was, yes, dead. Imagine looking at your non working LG refrigerator thru Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year. This is the Warranty replacement. Wanted a GE, but the GE models of interest were sold out. First LG lasted less than 4 years. Hope this new one lasts longer.
